This place is run by an idiot. They dont tell you their muzzle policy on line, they wait until you're next in line. Im sure its to make room for smaller dogs. Petsmart will no longer enjoy my business. I wish i could give zero stars. This place is awful.

I have a dog who was abused and hates to be handled and wants to bite when his nails are cut.Devin was the groomer who is a dog whisperer! He was amazing! By the last paw, my dog was calm , stopped trying to bite and NO muzzle required. I am so pleased with the relaxed time he took with my nervous little boy. Thank you so much Devin!
