Grooming Salon: 1. Refused to use Rx shampoo. 2. Wouldn't groom my dog due to open cyst, despite my vet wanting him professionally groomed. 3. Refused to even cut his nails.

Petsmart is really overpriced on almost everything in there but they do carry some things other stores don't. Staff is always friendly and i enjoy their adoption events. Store is clean and always well stocked.

I rarely shop in this store but my stop here was pleasant. The store was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Had a great selection of pet supplies not to mention cute critters for sale. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for but I enjoyed walking through the store.

I booked an appointment for my dogs birthday for a grooming and upgraded her to have the FURmurator, nail grinding, teeth brushing, and hair between paw pads shaved. I got her back and she was shedding like crazy, didn't have the clean silky feel she usually does, her ears were still dirty, her nails were still clicking on the floor, the hair between her paw pads is still untouched. I'm pretty upset because I upgraded her package, and it seems like she only got a nail trim and a spray of perfume and a bandana. I had previous grooms there, but it had been a LONG time since going there, and after this experience, I will not be going back.

My experience with PetSmart have been awesome every time I go to PetSmart to get what I need for my Benji is there never had a problem not having anything that I need . I also get him groom they are awesome they friendly they seem to always get his haircut exactly like I wanted I would recommend him to family and friends keep up the good work PetSmart thank you

PetSmart is a great place to shop for your pets needs.The store on Miller Road is very clean ,and smells nice. You can take your pet inside (walking) if you like ,nothing against this but I prefer to carry mine he is small and I call him my lil ground sweeper 😀The workers were super nice and very helpful.You can get a rewards card here too that will help when you ship and they can send upcoming sales and new merchandise info to your email.They have birds, fish and more. They have special dates for cars,kitties, pups and dogs to come in to purchase. I don't know alot of details.I love this store and I hope it never changes!

Not sure what is going on at this location. We've used them for the past 10 years for grooming our dogs. Within the past year there has been an excessive amount of turnover. All the experienced groomers are no longer there and I was told today they only have 1 groomer.

We hadn’t planned on puppies but here they are and they need stuff. We were greeted kindly upon walking in and offered assistance. The staff member told us about their puppy coupon book you can buy for $19.99. I opted in and so glad I did because it brought my bill from $350 to $250. The convenience was worth it being able to get everything in one stop. They have a big selection of food and toys and accessories to choose from.

Recommendation go in this store with the mindset to save a pet that's dying if you don't have the knowledge to take care of a unhealthy pet don't go here its not smart over priced for cheep stuffThis is basically "name" brand for the highest price possible you will see at least one pet dead in the store

Pet Smart on Miller Rd is ok. I went there in search of Purina puppy dry food for my brother's long hair teacup chihuahua and could not find the puppy food for small breeds. Actually, it's very difficult to find ANYWHERE. Besides that, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I found some really cool toys for my fur babies. I won't give them 5 stars because the cat adoption room where they had the cats up for adoption (my son's favorite part of the whole store) had all of the kitty litters dirty and full of poop 😔 and those cages are super small with the litter box super big taking up most of the room that the poor cats had. ☹️ I've heard some pretty bad things about Pet Smart on the internet, but I'm trying not to be biased without research.

Bearded dragons are SOLITARY animals. In the tank next to this one I even watch two bearded dragons nip at eachother. These tanks are ridiculously small when you literally have a tarantula and scorpion in critter keepers in the huge tank. Store use some of your supplies for other animals SMH. treat your reptiles better.

I had my mini doodle there for a bath an blow dry 3 hrs later picked her up!This mor I can’t even comb her like I do every morning they didn’t even comb her at the pet salon insane an it was dirty pet hair an stuff all over . I thought your supposed to clean up before each groom for sanitation! But not there I will never go back!!!

Had an amazing experience with the groomers, specifically Matt ! I’ve taken my pup to the grand blanc location multiple times and they always said she had issues with a lot of stuff. Matt informed me she was absolutely amazing and he didn’t have any of the problems that the other location has with her. Will definitely only be coming to this location from now on!
