Visited today for the first time to use the dog wash, I have a very large very energetic Bernese mountain dog. My dog knocked over an entire display and the man working there was so nice about it, I was so embarrassed. He assured me it was no problem and these things happen (I did help clean it up lol) he was very attentive while I used the dog wash, checking to see if I needed more shampoo, extra towels, and letting me know he was available if I needed anything else. The dog wash area itself was great as well, my dog sheds horribly when bathed and it was much easier to clean up than it would have been at home. It’s reasonably priced as well, $10 and we did not have a time limit since we were the only ones using the wash area. Overall we had a great experience and did not feel like our overly excited pup was a burden or like we were being judged for his high energy. He even gave our pup a treat on our way out. Will definitely be back and recommending this establishment to others.

Took my big boy for a bath! It was an awesome experience! The owner is super nice and checked on us to make sure everything was going on and working good! Highly recommend!!!! Great service, clean store!

Went for my first time Saturday 10/7/23Very impressed with the selection of food, toys and equipment. There is a self wash pet station and the furbaby seemed to enjoy the bath it was getting. The store is VERY clean. The owner was a super pleasant man, answered questions. My overall experience was great. I will definitely be back. I purchased a new brand of dog food Victor and my dog LOVES it. He's standing by the bowl waiting for it to be served. I would for sure recommend you going in and looking around!

The store is a blessing in our neighborhood a very friendly and kind environment they care about your pets and I'm glad that I'm able to have them in my neighborhood some of the nicest people I've ever met I would recommend the store to anyone and everyone I'm very happy with all their products some of the best I've ever bought

Very impressed! Pretty much everything you could need for a new pet or supplies for the one you have. Great prices on everything from food to equipment. But beyond that the whole store is clean, organized, spacious and stocked. Had a chat with the owner who seems to be a really genuine hardworking guy. He even built a dog bath for the store himself!

I love this place! Prices are great, it's clean and everyone has been great so far! Taking my crazy girl for a bath tomorrow. Hope it goes well!!! Will update I hope they let her go pick a toy I will pay for we just need fun bath time!! Cuz she's not a fan!!!

The gentleman behind the counter was so helpful. I told him about the 2 flea meds that were recommended to me, that did not work. He offered a different option, and wouldn't ya know it, IT WORKED! I also got to pet kittens while I was in the store, so bonus points there.

Reasonable pricesOwner said that he’s going to be adding -Turtles, Birds, Lizard’s, Dogs and cats.The self wash area was cool too! Unlimited washing time for only $10 per dog, Hot and cold water available.A lot of different things that you don’t see at big box pet stores.Great place to go, can’t wait to what the owner adds in. The place has only been open since Jan. 3rd 2023

I'm thinking this may become my new favorite pet store. They are still filling the shelves, lots of empty spots, but overall have a pretty good variety of foods, treats, and toys. They have birds, hamsters and 1 puppy so far. The puppy is beyond adorable and I would've bought her right then and there, but I don't think my 2 senior dogs would be happy with a 2 month old puppy. 😁 They also have a self service pet wash station and it's only $10 and includes soap, towel and I believe blow dryer (I could be wrong on the dryer, but I think that's what he said).

Great customer service. They have great products for great prices. The environment was clean and organized and the energy was really welcoming. You will definitely get a great value for your pet. Also the area is very accessible and convenient on Miller road.

Very spacious and clean, the staff is really friendly and always have something new and fun to show you. It’s the only place I can find the cat food I like 👍 definitely replaced big box pet stores for me.
