I can't believe they sell parrot food that is 2 years old. It needs to be put into the dumpster. They are telling people it's fine. The expiration date isn't a suggestion! Do your research before you buy expired food!

First time in the store and I’ll definitely go back. Had to pick up a giant bag of dog food for my grand dog and it’s one that not many places carry so I was happy to learn that Magoo’s has it in stock. Ended up exploring the whole store and came out with some very reasonably priced chews for Ellie Grace (7 months old Great Dane) and some toys for the cats. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to be around and they actually seemed happy to be there and to help me find some what I was looking for. If you haven’t been in one of their stores, I highly recommend checking it out, I believe you’ll be glad you did.

Magoos in flint is amazing the works are always there for questions and help with our animals. They also are seen cleaning the cages making me feel good that they take care of the pets

Our family went to check out turtles and tortoises. The clerk Danni was super helpful and had a wealth of information seeing as though she owns multiple pets herself. This place is kept clean and it seems like the people that work there care about the animals and the customers. We used to get my daughter's hamster's food and accessories here as well. Very affordable.

Haven't been in here in awhile, I found the perfect collar for my puppy and it looks great ... Also bought an enrichment puzzle for him ... They have a great selection in the dog area ... Prices were good too ... Signed up for the customer loyalty too as we will be shopping here more .. I went to the Linden Rd location....August 23,22 my 1 yr old puppy needed a harness that got his odd shape body. They were beyond awesome! Ended up trying all the harnesses in the store, the last one for great! . I also got a matching collar and 2 pkgs of Billy Jack's $29 for all. Very impressed 👍👍❤️🙂. I'll be back for more!

My first visit, and I will definately return. This location doesnt have great "curb appeal" but once you get inside you fid a nice clean store that is stocked well and very friendly staff.

I went to use the self dog wash for my beagle. The credit card swiper was on the fritz and they don't do cash back and I had no cash. They gave me tokens so I could still bathe my dog. I in turn bought some items to at least support them. Great customer service there always! Great selection too, and fair prices. My favorite pet store!

The store isn't as clean as it used to be. The staff is friendly but I had a hard time finding a cashier the last two times I went in. It definitely used to be better managed. They also don't do the loyalty program for my dog and cat food anymore. Ill be ordering from chewy from now on. Its much easier and since we don't get the free bag there's no reason to go there.

Magoos staff was very helpful in finding a food that met my female Rat terrier her dietary needs. They offered numberous choices and even samples. They were extremely friendly and through. They are a must if your dog needs a special diet, like more fiber, lol.

Favorite place to get our pet supplies. Fair prices and decent selection. Sadly the experience changes dramatically depending on location. I believe this is largely due to staff.

My furry little guy and I go here for his treats. The prices are kind of high for being called an "outlet", but the employees always so friendly and he loves visiting periodically. Today, we bought big bag of a new flavor of his favorite treat and he refused to eat one when we got back in the car. They handled the exchange for a better flavor so kindly and graciously!! We appreciated it sooooo much!!

I like magoos, I e been coming to their store for awhile but, we came on this day to get my son a fish along with all accessories. No one assisted us I had to shout across the store to get someone attention, and that still didn't work I had to hunt someone down. What should have been a quick in and out cause we knew what we wanted and needed took 30 minutes. On top of that the selection was poor and the health condition of what we bought was poor.

Oh my goodness. What a fantastic store! We were at a Western Store in Lennon (we live South of Lansing)and decided we were so close to Halo Burger that we should head there. We saw this big pet store and HAD to stop in. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 ball pythons, 3 mini Lops, 1 Chinchilla, and 15 chickens. So yeah, lots of pets. We fell in love with a hairless rat. My daughter has researched rats, but she was thinking a Leopard Gecko was going to be what she added to her Animal Show (she takes her pets to events). We held the hairless and a regular (feeder) rat. We knew you should get rats in pairs or more. We went home with 2 rats and all the necessities. The lady working was phenomenal. She herself had rats and answered 1999 questions from my daughter. We will certainly be back. The longer trip is worth it!

Great employees.There was a price change on a product that I purchased. The employees corrected the issue with a refund back on my card. No problems at all. They have a good amount of pet supplies and rabbits,turtles,fish and a few other animals for sale.
