They are selling items that are expired. This is just outrageous. To have items half off because they are ABOUT to expire is one thing, but to be already expired is another. 2020 & 2022. I would give no stars

They're really kind here, and I come here a lot. Last time I was here a young man helped load my dog food, which was nice because I had just hurt my ankle, and they always load it for mom (she has a hip that rubs bone-on-bone).Three things to complain about, however:1. They won't stock Sunseed for budgies, but they will stock Sunseed Vita Prima for finches, gerbils, and every other creature. That's frustrating. I only feed my budgies this (the best) but numerous requests to stock it have gone ignored.2. I signed up for the rewards program years ago. I only feed my dog Victor Hi-Pro Plus. When I signed up for the rewards program, they offered 1 free bag of dog food if you bought 9 bags. Before I bought nine 40lbs bags, they changed it to 1 free bag after the purchase of 12. Before I bought 12 bags, they cancelled Victor dog food off of the rewards program altogether and I got nothing for free despite my loyalty. That was frustrating. I'd rather they had never promised anything for free at all.3. During the pandemic, they raised the price of Victor Hi-Pro Plus .50¢ a pound if you buy a 40lbs bag. That may not have been their fault, though? All of the prices skyrocketed and haven't gone down at all.

Amazing! The staff was so helpful! I left out feeling so much better I’m dealing with a fur baby with roundworms and can’t afford to take him to the vet right now! They were able to help me figure out if my fur baby had symptoms of heart worms by log of questions they had ( I did not know dogs could have heart worms until the staff ask) and the staff did recommend I still take my fur baby to the vet to check. I just feel like I do not need to worry so much now because he does not have any symptomsThe staff here was so helpful I left with so much Joy. It’s the little things and they made my day with how much they were willing to help me because I had so many questions this is my first fur baby and he was a stray.I hope this help someone and this magoos won my heart. Go see for yourself I hope you have the same experience as me.My fur baby pooped out his first round of worms today! I purchased the liquid dewormerSorry for the long review Im just so greatful

I've come here for years!! Even with the horrid lighting. Even with the dirty floors. Even with ALL the expired or open food bags. I've been loyal! However....at 2 months in to the quarantine you're going to ban kids!? I'm done. You've lost my business for good at this point. Here I come Chewy.com!! A lot of small businesses are struggling & you will be losing more business do to this ignorant decision! My kids were always respectful & responsible. And kids aren't spreading the virus. Open your eyes & your brain Magoos! Bye!!

I buy BilJac for my dog and they are considerably better price then PetSmart. Same with the real bones. I've stopped buying them anywhere else but here. Very clean and neat store and well stocked. Friendly cashier too.

Love Magoo’s! We’ve been coming to Magoo’s for years!! They always carry the dog food we buy, which is Nutrisource, and I love that they offer a buyer program (free bag of food after so many bags) and a military discount! They have great stock and the staff is so friendly every time we go!!

It's okay. Not a really good place for cat stuff. There are two aisles for cats only. You can get basic stuff like cat toys, food, small cat posts. Other than that. Needs a bit more cat related stuff. It's mainly for dogs things. About eight aisles for dogs. There are other things to purchase like, bird seeds, guinea pig food, etc. They have geckos, guinea pigs, and frogs you can buy in middle of store. Employees seem very friendly and welcoming.

They dont sell thistle seed for anyone who feeds birds so i had to buy a blend of seeds that usually clogs my finch feeder feed holes. I will go elsewhere next time i need finch feed

Would have given a better rating EXCEPT for a BAD cashier! She told me I was doing so much wrong with my pet, and THEN offered to TAKE IT OFF MY HANDS at a cheap (rescuer) price! Another cashier wanted to buy him & I was going to, but then THAT cashier told her Not to. That's when SHE offered a cheaper price. The guy with glasses is really great!

Went to get an exchange because an item was missing in the box. Angel was more then happy to help us out. We came to find out that after opening the new box it had the same items as the last one we had. She helped us to realize that the old box had the missing item just was tucked inside another item. So embarrassing but she was kind and understanding.

Handi cap parking but didn't go inside. Helper went inside. No kittens for sale or puppies. Some snakes and some parakeets. Small animal sales. Pet supplies. 3 to 4 star rating. Really depends on what your looking for. A nice store. Could wheelchair in. Regular doors at entrance not handicap doors with push button to open doors.

My favorite pet store. Clean, organized, good selection of products. Friendly, helpful staff. My dog always goes with me, and rides in the special shopping cart for dogs. It has a nice, soft dog bed in the cart to keep her comfy while I shop! Good prices on hamster and dog supplies.
