This is one of the most ghetto stores I've ever been in. It smells horrible, the staff is rude if they acknowledge you at all. The shelves are half empty but there are plenty of bins full of random items near the register. Avoid going after dark as this location gets robbed about once a month.

I shop these stores but especially out of town because I know you can get good service meaning cashiers!(not just a solo slow one). Inventory all over the place. Guy stocking shelves stopped to answer his cellphone and wasn't able to run the register. It's a convenient place to grab some things but sometimes becomes an inconvenient stop and frustrating one.

It was a mess on Pierson Rd and N. Saginaw, empty boxes in the aisles. And I understand we're in the "hood" , but employees shouldn't play their music on their phone while stocking. ESPECIALLY if the music contains cursing and vulgar language. Doesn't bother me because I love hip hop, but there were old ladies in there. Could've easily been my grandmother, be respectful. Invest in a bluetooth!!

I called the store and asked if they had Anbesol. The young lady stated she didn't know what that was. I kindly informed her it would be in the toothpaste aisle. This item is used for teething or tooth aches. She stated to hold the line and she never returned to the phone. I disconnected the line after waiting 22 minutes. Meanwhile I was able to be entertained with conversation I heard during other customers visits as they were cashed out.

I was at the store on pierson and saginaw rd in flint mi. There were four people in line. And the lady and man that were at the checkout had a cart full of groceries. There was three people behind the counter beside the man checking people out. They all seen what was going on and not one of them helped us. But it must have been shift change because 2 girls came in and by then i was next in line. Waiting around 15 minutes already. But the one girl went straight on the register and took me. Even though it was shift change they could have took care of the three of us behind the girl with the groceries. And by the way the 2 people in front on me had 1 item amd i had 1 item. That was very unprofessional.

I found the curtains I wanted on the second trip, the first store was short two panels but, I picked up some extra things so not to waste gas.

it's ok i had to get a coffee pot they're close by but 13.50$ for a one button cheap coffee pot of outrageous and the cashier let me know how bad i was by ringing it up and it was saying it was 16 i said the sign said 13.50 she went back and came up and said i was right but then said well the first customer of the day this tells me how bad it's going to be

yes I do know this place Family Dollar Store and I always have a wonderful experience there when I go to shop at there and they are always so very friendly to all of there customers too ok. 👍💯💖

Not satisfied with today’s shopping experience. Wasn’t allowed to buy essential needs do to the fact that the store cashiers behind the counters chose to sell to the customers she only knew.
