This place is a discraceful filthy place! Everything is in disarray throughout the store. This shows a total lack for the community it serves. People deserve a nice, well kept place to shop, not one that's loaded with germs and everything piled everywhere. THE COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER THAN THIS!

I placed a pick up order at 3pm on Friday to be ready between noon and 1 pm on Saturday. At 1:06 while I was parking my car I received a text saying my order was cancelled . I was shocked !! I have mobility problems which is why I do pick up but i decided to try to go instore to get the 2 items I really needed. In all my retail years I have never seen such disarray. Piles of mis matched merchandise just dumped everywhere. I've seen places going out of business that were more organized. Of course I could only find one of my 2 items but all was lost when I realized I was 9th in line with only one cashier. I realized right away that they were short handed but I don't understand why my order wasn't cancelled till after I drove there !!

Store now closes at 845pm and all customers have to be out by 9pm, got there at 846, door locked can go in, guess I just have to shop somewhere else.

There has been loaded carts on almost every isle pretty much since the Pandemic started, but it's close to my location and for the most part, I can usually find what I'm looking for, (if they have it at that particular location)

This place is a disgrace and it has really gone downhill. About 75% of the aisles are blocked so you can’t even shop or find what you’re looking for. The shelves are damn near empty. There is clutter everywhere. I will not be shopping in this store anymore because it is just in poor condition. Save your self an anxiety attack, a headache, and a load of frustration by driving 5 minutes down the road to a better managed and well-maintained store on Richfield Rd.

Today marks the LAST time I will go to this store. Aisles that are COMPLETELY blocked off with carts that are overflowing with stock...shelves that are empty of product because it's all on the carts waiting to be emptied....Unkempt and absolutely no concern for the accessibility of customers with a handicapp.I feel so bad for the employees. I cannot imagine what it must be like working for an employer with zero work ethic. This place absolutely sucks.They had 1 person in the store working and a line wrapped around the candy/magazine rack. Ridiculous.

I'm not sure if this store got ne management but it's starting to look better you can actually walk through it and the shelves have product on them. Who ever is doing it keep up the good work.

This store closes at 5pm! Absolutely annoying! When it is open the women are rude and rushed. I blame corporate for not hiring enough workers for this store. It's one of the few not in the hood in Genesee Co. And one of the nicer stores, to have hours of operation from 9-5 is absurd, most people don't get off work till 4-6pm. Whomever made the call to close at 5pm, must not understand hours of peek business.

It is not the fault of the worker that the store staffs only one person at the time I was there. He was working on stock or something in an isle. It kept him from being able to see or even hear that there were 6 people in line to check out. When he arrived, b he was apologetic. The store should keep him but It needs to find a way that he can know when he is need in the front of the store.

This place is a joke. The cashier and the manager both acted like I was stupid! I went in there and tried to buy $20 of hair care items so i can get $6 off from instant savings. So my total would have been $14. Then i used $10 worth of coupons so my total would have been $4 plus tax out the door. And both of the employees told me that all my coupons came off and my total was $14.91. Mmmm no if all my coupons came off then my total would have been $4.91. These employees made me feel like I was stupid. They got rude with me! So I walked out without buying anything. Then the cashier talked bad about me to my fiance who was in line behind me(she didn't know that we was together). So beware of this place. I will be calling corporate on these 2.

I go here all the time. The staff and store is very nice. Only problem I've ever had is that the coolers are absolutely disgusting. I don't even feel comfortable getting coffee creamer from the cooler there. Yuck!

Dollar General is good but I like Dollar Tree much better. It's and again is your views are is John personal opinions and well my opinions shouldn't matter too much to someone who is willing to try for themselves or maybe they do I don't know outlet I have over 5000 Views on my odd reviews she'll like to keep them interesting because well most reviews are just straight forward and dial I find that reading in your interesting review that near my not make you laugh is much more entertaining and fulfilling than your this place was good try this blah blah blah that's not for me

Do not clearly remember. I like $ General and find many items for less cost than some bigger stores. The coolant for cars is extremely high priced but many other items are very reasonable.

The store on Genesee Rd in Genesee Twp was the worst Dollar General store i have seen. Isles were cluttered couldnt hardly get a cart down it w/o haveing to move stuff out of your way

There was carts full of stock and trash sitting everywhere you could not get a cart down most of the aisles the layout of the store makes NO sense , the soda selection is in 3 different places buns are in 2 totally different places they were out of bread said they can't get regular deliveries . I will go to the Richfield rd store from now on . The store went way down after they moved to new store .. the company needs to visit it's stores ..

Stores, no matter what store or city they are always a horrible mess. Stock all over the sales floor. Long lines horible service
