Prices are a little high but workers are willing to help and offer advicePrices are to be expected a little higher cuz they're smaller store which is fine the customer service is always great and here I really like these guys

This time of year is bad with sewer nats. They just be flying around the house. Till I met Sally the owner she suggested hot shots. They worked within 2 days. The nats were all gone. So every year I purchase hot shots and they work. Thank you Sally

Very friendly staff here, first time visiting today. Too bad not all of the customers treat the kind staff here with the same level of compassion and care that the employees give to all of their customers. I think sometimes people need to slow down and quit rushing through life for menial actions that really aren't that important in the end. I think that would help everyone relax a little and be a little more kind towards everyone else :)

Love this business. They have served the north side of Flint forever. Staff knows their stuff. Very reliable. Willing to go above and beyond to serve the public and help you figure out any issue or project. They don't let you walk out the store not knowing.

Got 3 keys made for my entry doors. None of them worked came back twice more to get them redone. Still no key works. So I finally decide to just get my money back. It's been a month now so I lost my receipt. Their keys have their tags still on them. No customer service. Definitely won't be back. The key makers is skillless.

No problem ordering online, but pickup was a little challenging. The manager had the order waiting at the cashier desk, but the cashier on the day I went in to pick it up was pretty obstructionist and gave him pushback about giving it to me. It was resolved, and light was finally restored to the refrigerator door.

I went there yesterday to have glass cut. The man in the back did a great job. Went to pay. Pade with 100 bill. Well unfortunately 3 hundred dollars we're stuck together. The cashier did not say you over pade ( she)!! Keept my mastake Then decide when I called. I will never stop by there again. Lost a lifetime customer. Shame on you cashier lady. Carma God knows.

This establishment is the best around this area. We stop here frequently visiting for plumbing and odds and ends for our construction jobs for the day. The prices here really can't be beat for not having to travel all the way across town for just a simple part. Everytime we have gone into this establishment they have never let us down on nothing we have ever needed. just went in to buy a couple shut offs some white lady was working if she wasd the only one there i would leave she was rude and was not allowing people to buy anything without a mask there were 15 people in there without even a few employes a gentleman asked what i needed and went and got it for me i wish to thank him they need more employes like him and get rid of the rude lady

Took in screen asked in paid for two replacement screens. At pick up time, I recieved one (Too big!!)screen. While given a excuse of ran out black screen. My screen had been picked for parts but not measurements.
