it is 50 degrees outside not to mention your dog could easily jump out and die. this was highly upsetting to see and i would never support a business that does this with their dogs. shame on you.

Backyard Oasis did a great job putting in my waterfall pond during the summer of 2021. They opened it up in the Spring 2022 and ate very supportive. They are always there to answer any question. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Diane, John, and their family business are great people. Easy to work with and talk to. Being Christian they are honest and caring.The workers were very professional, hard workers and very polite.And a shout out to one of the persons in the store, Hannah, who is a blessing to their business. She has lots of energy, friendly and makes you feel so welcome when you come into the store. You will want to visit the store just to meet her and be welcomed by all the staff.In this day and age it can be difficult to find people like this family who truly care about you.

Always satisfied with our experiences with Backyard Oasis!! Been purchasing from them for years. 😁 We even drive 4 hours (one way) from the north, to get our pond plants, and are never disappointed. One year we couldn’t make the trip down and ordered elsewhere online. Won’t be doing that again. We highly recommend them as they go beyond to make us happy feeling that our trip was worth it.

This place is a wonderful getaway in a store!!! They have beautiful unique gifts and essentials for a beautiful backyard. You can even get a mini pond on a pedestal that's reasonably priced. I bought a beautiful large fall decorated flower pot and a beautiful cardinal decoration for my yard. Same cardinal that was selling alot more at another place. The saleswoman Galon was wonderful as well. Don't miss this Gem at the corner of Richfield and Belsay Rds. They have sales going on as well. Enjoy 😉

This season (2021) my wife and I decided to create a major update to our backyard landscaping. We gather several quotes of reputable companies to compare quality of products provided , price , and customer service reviews . These were the 3 main reasons why we made the decision to go with Back Yard Oasis and Garden to complete this major project. They showed initiative by greeting us at our home to review/answer questions area of construction, have many great reviews on quality products and service completed , have many professional years of experience, and customer service throughout the entire project was a wonderful experience. When project was complete we received follow up calls to confirm we were enjoying our waterfall experience. Definitely glad I chose to not hire a fly by landscaping company to complete this install because I am sure I would of not receive genuine customer service experience nor quality commercial grade products.Thank you 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

This place has the nicest people you could ever find! You pull in and are greeted by the cutest little lions (fur babies) that are so sweet. Everyone there has a smile on their face and are so willing to help you with anything and are far from being pushy for you to buy or even leave. Very welcoming! When you do leave there, you feel like you’ve known them for years. GREAT experience and will continue to visit.
