I was thoroughly impressed how well kept the property is. The rates are more than fair considering the area. Management is always available for lockout emergencies and willing to help. I have never had a problem reaching someone. I would recommend them to anyone looking good for a storage unit

Been trying to get a unit here for a while. Now with the expansion, I'm in. Great location for me. New, beautiful 10x20 at a great price. Met Robert the other day and he's very friendly. Online reservation and pY is super easy.

Clean & affordable for boat storage. Unfortunately not very secure. Winter storage 2020/21. The side door of our pontoon was dented, several canvas snaps torn & the removable table with post & a set of jumper cables were stolen.We reported to staff when picking up the boat. Elderly man working alone told us to report to Owner Derick. Never could get a call back. Poor communication when setting up the rental. No communication after. Obviously, will not be storing there again.

I love the new management team. They've gone above board to make the place look great. Get my door lock problem resolved. And .....make paying your bill the easiest.I highly recommend and appreciate this place for so many reasons. They keep the snowplowed nice too so it's easy to access your unit year around.

No stars. Cannot get a hold of anyone or get a call back. There is NO way of cancelling a unit online. I called at the end of April and left a message cancelling the unit. Actually we had 2 units. After cancelling, was charged, and have been charged every month since. Did get one months worth returned, but they kept charging. So, after all this, we are filling small claims to get our money back. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible customer service. No one will pick up a phone, or give you a call back. I have called 3 days in a row to cancel my unit. No one will pick up or call me back. Theirs no way to cancel your unit online. So I've had to call my credit card company to tell them to stop letting fife lake storage charge my card. Never go here again or tell anyone to go here
