I go here every week for feed. I have always had good experiences there and I can’t say I’m easy to please. The prices are fair. Yes of course things will be cheaper online in some cases but there is a reason for that. No store or employees to pay for. If we don’t patronize our local stores they will disappear . In most cases they have been very fair on pricing and have a good selection of feed

The staff are helpful and friendly but prices are outrageous. CHECK ONLINE elsewhere before you buy! They had a supplement I was looking for marked for $55! Everywhere else online carried it for $38 and most with free shipping! They won’t price match at all unless it’s “local” because they know you won’t find it “local” I found pricing to be an issue with a lot of their stuff. Shop smart check online first!

I got great buys on some water proof boots!! Great selection of dog, cat, and horse feed. They also have outdoor decorations that are so perfect for your country style!!

Awful experience with the cashier named Judy! We drove an hour to this store for a go kart the said they had in stock, when we arrived we asked if they had one and she was beyond rude just shook her head and then said yeah no! Thankfully I decided to ask the sweet gentleman in the back and they did have one left! He told us it actually went on sale that day for $200 off and to take the sign up to the cashier. The go kart rang up full price and I told Judy it was on sale and she said actually it’s not even with the sign right in front of her face saying the sale started that day! She said if it was it would ring up the sale price! Well Judy I didn’t make the sign in my basement before coming! She gave us the sale price but the whole experience with her was just awful. I advise someone give Judy a little more customer service training!

Edit (2/19/21):Treats everyone with respect and cares about safety. Friendly and helpful everytime. Thanks for a great place to shop.Also professional and always well-stocked. I have had to make many visits here over the years. Sometimes for small items that others do not carry on hand, and sometimes for larger bagged items. This store does not disappoint at all. The staff are friendly, the items are quality and the prices are fair. I am happy to shop here whenever I can...especially since they don't have a big-box-store mentality.

The employees are friendly and helpful. This store is always well-stocked and clean. I do wish the store was larger, though; some aisles are difficult to navigate w/ a cart. Overall, every shopping experience here has been good.

A very well organized and extremely clean atmosphere for all what they have within the store. I felt extremely comfortable and would not hesitate the return. Even staff was extremely helpful with very small tasks that u needed throughout the store.

Was directed by my MSU vet to co.e here for dewormer for my dog. It's typical for Cattle use. Lyndsay was VERY helpful in making sure I had the right dewormer and was able to properly dose out his daily needs per vet recommendations. She was knowledgeable and made this an ease for someone with no Cattle experience.

Every time I leave this store, I feel like I just stole something. The prices are so great but the best part of this store are the employees. They must be treated well by management because they are all so helpful and so polite. I love shopping here because I never feel pressured and it's all easy to find someone if I have a question.I will always buy here before buying online because of the people.

Why can’t I find a simple answer to a simple question DO YOU HAVE A PET-WASH AREA AT YOUR FENTON STORE? What is so difficult about YES or NO! You send me an online advertisement about having a pet wash but it’s impossible to find out online! I don’t want to see your vets, pharmacy, dog food, dog pens, dog leashes, everything but what I want to know. You sent me the advertisement and why should I have to call the store and bother a clerk that’s probably busy helping a customer to find out such a simple answer ??? Not good! Not Right

We love this store! After living south of here for many years and finally moving north this store is just what we have been looking for. A good old small town feel yet it has everything! Employees are always helpful and friendly. The baby chickens in the spring are the cutest animals you’ll ever see. They have a wide selection of clothing, herbs and plants in spring, feed for animals and so much more. You’ve got to stop in!

The lady I talked to about dog food was straight to the point as to whether or not she would have the particular food I needed.I liked that their prices were far better than pet supply... And the amount of /everything/ from birbs to horses was just amazing to me as a first time visitor.

Ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock but turns out it wasn't and never got a notice saying same. I needed the item right away so that was really annoying. TSC should show items as Not In Stock instead of misleading customers.

Had what i need. Have been in town for awhile and I have always had a good experience here. My grandfather would have me drive him from 20 minutes away just so he could walk around and enjoy the stock. Keep it going!

Our cashier and Will were just amazing! I wish there were more people like them in retail. There was a woman named Katherine Bair who had worked there last year. I literally came in there just to see her. I'd really love to see her come back.

The employees have that local feel, friendly and helpful. I would go here before Home Depot and other stores because the products are of better quality and are more industrial. You'll find tools appropriate for large machinery including heavy duty Jeeps. Even get your cold weather clothes.

This was single handedly the worst experience I have ever had in a TSC. I went in it’s friday night shouldn’t be to bad right? WRONG only two employees one very new cashier and one guy bouncing to people that need help in no order on and off the phone. He told us there were 7 of what we wanted in stock they were know where to be found he had us check several overstock locations while he kept calling a manager ? And helping everyone but us because that would require him to walk around we were there for over 45 minutes before we gave up and left I do not recommend shopping here what so ever:

So i bought 8 chickens here this spring of 2022. they have all survived only 3 had pasty butt. I got 5 sillkies 2 porcelain Du'clles and 1 light brahma. love my little flock. a lot of people were negative during the brooder incident this last year, but i can say they went back to the light and my chicks made it through. When i got my silkies and light brahma the staff didnt really seem to care if i got to pick the individuals. but i can say catching chicks is a stressful endeavor any way, and they gave me healthy birds.

Get feed for your animals or something for the home. We brought a cute wind chime for a house warming gift and the recipients loved it! Actually they have everything from footwear to lawn and garden. Customer service is always great.

This store really needs to get it together.. I own a local business here in town this is the only tractor supply that I shop at I live right here within a mile from the store. Last year I bought a power washer that somebody returned because they did not have one in stock for me to buy so I was forced to buy one that was returned by somebody.. they said they went through it there’s no problems with it they sold me the thing with no box would you imagine the next year it blows up.I called the warranty company they said it’s under warranty no problem just get the receipt from tractor supply and you can go to a repair store. So I called tractor supply I talked to Will the assistant manager he never called me back I called back several weeks later they’re saying they cannot find my receipt and possibly I did not get it from there...I remember the guy who sold it to me I know the guy remembers me again I live here in town I physically went up there and bought it they have no clue of what they’re talking about. Very unprofessional very disorganized

Took my dogs there for the vaccination clinic on wensday. Great price for the services and the vet and all the techs were really nice and seemed to actually care about my animals. Awesome program and awesome people thanks TSC

this place has all kinds of cool toys for big people. They have side by sides they have mini bikes awesome riding mowers. Lots of pet supplies farm animal supplies for horses etcetera like that. They also have Carhartt clothes quality work boots. Lots of tools. Great place to shop.

Best prices around on bird seed and corn, always have fun items to look through for the yard and home with a southern flare. A regular stop for me and always a pleasant experience.
