Love them! Pictures speak louder than words. They are always very welcoming and won't look down on you for not know things. I am newer to owning a pet (been about 15 years). We have a soft coated wheaten terrier. He needs lots of care when it comes to grooming. The Sudsy Pup has been great! The pictures show his second cut/visit. My pup is already comfortable enough to allow them to do it. Thanks!

First time going today and what a good experience!! Luna looks great, exactly what I asked for and the price was great too. I paid $75 for a cut, bath, nail trim and ear cleaning. Jes did an amazing job and I’ll definitely be back again.

We brought our previous dog, Fiona who passed away in December last year for the first time around April/May of 2023. It really was her first time going to someone to get groomed in years and because of the hot summer months, we wanted her to be not be panting every time it got hot. These people did a FANTASTIC job of shaving her and cleaning her and I was VERY happy with the results. We will be bringing our new rescue here soon enough! Thank you for the great care you gave to Fiona.

I took my poodle here on April 22nd. He looked good however, when I called and asked pricing, I was told $85.00. Plus $12 for the nail grinding. When I arrived to pick him up, They told me I owed $120 and didn't have any good explanation why. Fast Forward to today April 30th. I took my Golden doodle in. The girl asked me what I wanted done. I explained that he was quite matted in some places and that he would probably have to be shaved. ( They charge per 15 extra minutes of matting they have to work on) I told them if they thought they could brush through it, then give him a Teddy Bear cut. There was a big mat in his ear. I told them it was fine just to cut it out. That I understand he may look choppy and that was fine that I didn't want them to have to work on matting. I normally groom all 9 dogs myself. I didn't have time to groom them so this is why I took them in. I have never spent over 2 hours grooming the dog and he has been matted way worse than when I took him in. But yet when I picked him up I was charged more than what his size is ( They seem to pick and choose what size they want the dog to be when they groom them, usually costing you more) They should have shaved him like I told them to do if they thought he was too matted. They chose to brush him out and charge me more without consent. According to their price list he should have been about $85. I was charged $162. So beware they charge more than what they post also beware their price list is set up so they can charge what they want.

I brought my 5month old cavapoo here for her first grooming and omg!!! She looks so adorable I am going to put before and afters on here. She is so happy and they took good care of her and she was in and out within an hour!!! Thank you so much you guys 💗💜

We've only ever used them for walk-in nail trims, but it's quick and a great price. We've never had to wait more than a couple minutes. They do a great job on my dog's nails, even though he gets really anxious about it and doesn't like to sit still.

Best groomer ever!! I have a long hair German shepherd who doesn’t like to be brushed so his coat can quickly get out of control. He always looks, feels and smells amazing after going to The Sudsy Pup. No one has come close to matching their expertise.

We highly recommend Sudsy pup! Took our two German Shepherds there for a nail trim and they were fantastic with them. Neither one of them like their nails trimmed and have had their quicks hit before but Sudsy Pup made it good and relaxing for them!! We will be back! Thank you!!!

I picked up my baby girl Lena today and she’s gone there before but today was different she came back better than she ever has before and thanks to Deana! She looks really good trimmed a lot of her hair she’s so soft looks fluffy and beautiful and I’m very impressed with today’s work I will make sure Lena continues to go see Deena from here on out! Very impressed today and can’t stop bragging about how good she looks!

Highly recommend The Sudsy Pup! Everyone was so kind, and they did an amazing job on my girl's bath and brush. It was her first time being groomed at 2 yrs old because I've been too nervous to trust anyone, but I could tell they took excellent care of her - despite her nervous accident on the table (Daisy says sorry ladies!). I have previously had great experience here with the walk in services. However when I went in today I let the employee know I had an appointment to get my dogs ears cleaned. She acted confused. I told her the service provider I was supposed to be seeing and she said “Well she’s watching my dogs right now” and made it seem like a hassle to have my service provided…? The service provider cleaned my dogs ears and then proceeded to tell me that it was gross. My dog is a poodle mix and with notoriously hairy ears, however they are clean. I just found the experience rude overall and like my presence was an inconvenience.

My dogs were new clients last Friday. Cockapoo twins. Some undercoat matting and hind quarters. Jessica let me know after assessing them they would be a few hours. No worries there. At 3.5 hours I decided to “drop in”. Jessica was with a new dog at the front full on trimming this dog. 🧐 She asked me if I was checking in? I reminded her who my dogs were. She explained one was still drying and the other was done and she needed another 15-20 mins with one of them. (Why start a NEW DOG!?Gently dry my dogs hair and finish?) She returns dog #3 to the back area and brings out my shaking dog in her arms. I knew this was bad. They CAGE dried them. I didn’t ask. I didn’t know to ask. It’s been 3 days and they still are shaken. One paw was sliced on accident during the trim. It happens, I’m sure but it was too much. They’re a bit shaken up. Jessica was pleasant. Cuts are nice. We won’t be back. 4 HOURS for 2 dogs so you can double book? Nope. Not to mention the crabby groomer who sits and cuts the dogs, never acknowledges customers and grumbles to the dogs “put your tongue back in your mouth” while gipping their chin hairs. 🤨

Deana is the best dog groomer ever!! I live in Arizona and can’t find a reliable local groomer anywhere. All the more reason to bring my puppy along on my trips to Fenton when I visit my mother. We are so pleased with everyone at Sudsy Pup! Very professional, great prices and always a happy dog. Thank you all for taking such great care of Miss Allie. We promise to come back often.
