Haven’t been to this location in a long while. Was pleasantly surprised after this visit. I enjoyed seeing the grooming station. I came in for a betta fish and was surprised to see the new setup. Although, the small containers suck, there’s only so much you can do in a box store. The water looked clean and the fish looked as healthy as they could. The two women at the store were really nice. One of them was talking about freshening up their water and feeding them for the day. It was refreshing to see. Of course, there are always criticisms, but I was satisfied with my visit.

I came by this location after not visiting for several months and noticed that the store seemed to be more clean than previously. The do it yourself dog bath caught my attention so I went to check it out and was confused with the display of gay pride flags in the section. My dog doesn’t seem to prefer to mate with other male dogs. Seems like an odd place to be supporting sexual preference choice. We’ll just steer clear if they are promoting some type of mating there. He just needed a bath!

They are so sweet to my nervous dog! Trying to socialize a pup who is not used to people can be extra challenging. They let us pass by in the aisle over and over until my dog was able to do it without barking! I’m so grateful for the kindness of the employees and the variety of dog food, supplies, and treats to choose from!

the young man working there was so helpful and nice and we went in like 15 minutes before they closed and then when getting to the register the young lady at the register was just as king would highly recommend

They didn't have the dog food brand my neighbor needed when we stopped by there the other evening. But, the young man who helped us was very, very knowledgeable and pointed out another brand that was comparable in all ways. That type of advice was invaluable.

Worst experience of my life. Never shop here. I tried to price match 8 boxes of litter and April stated I would wipe out her stock and said she would only price match 4 boxes, then proceeded to remove items from my cart as I stood at register, as if I was doing something wrong. April was rude, unprofessional and nasty. She made up her own rules as she spoke. A complete flimflam. April and Pet Supplies Plus is a disgrace to the community of Fenton.

Store has a great selection, though a bit over priced on some things compared to similar brick and mortar stores. Staff was not very friendly.Edited to respond to the owners reply:I appreciate the feedback. I'm sure a lot of folks will find that helpful. Your prices fell well within my shopping "range", as I bought these items mentioned. My dog needed them, so I happily paid for them. I was simply pointing out that they were half the price at another store just days later (not on sale, I asked) incase someone who may have a limited shopping "range" were reading. I'm good with it, even though my dog may not have appreciated her expensive little boots.

Semi drivers need to snake thru the front of building. Tight but room . Drive around so you're facing north west during unload. Good people here.

We had an amazing experience we would like to share . Today my husband went into the Fenton store on Silver parkway to buy dog food and toys. When he got to counter our transaction was declined do to the amount over our limit we had set . The cashier by the name of Lawrence took money from his wallet to buy the rest of the order. This was first class a job that is worth recogiinizing. We appreciate ut kind heart and have already delivered the money back to him. Great experience what a kind person Lawrence isExcellent customer service as always as this location but this was amazing.

Originally I gave this location a five stars a long time ago and apparently my review has been reviewed many many times. I really don't go in there that much anymore because there a lot of attitude. Especially with the coupons. I hate to be negative, I've just really been disappointed a few times. It just seems like some of the kids are just ignorant.
