Went in here and the parakeets were starving on the bottom. I could tell they weren't sick, there just was no seeds in the food dishes, only seed hulls. The water dish wasn't clean either. I think this isn't employees fault, it's the people who train them. Employee didn't even seem to understand what I mean when I said seed hulls. Budgies eat the inside of the seeds, and leave behind a hull, so it looks like there is food in there but there isn't. Please take better care of your birds

i came here to buy dubia roaches for my lizard and when i got home i realized a lot of them were dead. i called to ask if i could return them and the worker who answered the call was very nice and helpful. when i got there, she let me just keep the ones i bought along with the other two containers they had!! i unfortunately did not get her name but she was amazing and i will definitely be back!

love this place they have different types of colors with different designs on them and they have a dog wash in there and once a month they offer free dog wash day which is usually there last Sunday of each month depending on where the location is. they have great deals ondog food and my daughter loves going there for their treats

I went in there to just check it out and walked out with our newest member Tank...hes the best. They care so much for the animals there...Heres a picture of him...he says Hello!!! He was the length of my middle finger when I got him and now hes the length of my thigh...in just 4 months!!!

Love this pet store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They assisted in picking out a comparable dog food that the breeder was using so it wouldn’t have a big conflict on our new puppy. We have been back several times since and always smiling and helpful faces. Prices are at or below competition prices but way better staff here.

They are definitely my go too! They recognize me every time I come in and always make sure they order extra giant mealworms cus they know I come weekly and buy a large amount! And they always have good quality indents! Always friendly and helpful at the front!

I love this pet store because it is spacious and clean! I like that I can bring my dog in with me. The only dislike I have is the kids working aren't very helpful.

such nice associates! they let my niece hold the animals and they where playing great music that i was able to “bop” my head to while browsing the many isles. boy at counter was very helpful and answered all my questions requiring my lizard collection. i think his name was garnet or something.

Love this outlet and specifically the Fenton location.Huge selection of just about anything you'd need for your pet. Giant inventory of quality merch that's reasonably priced = happy pet = happy pet parent.I feel comfortable in recommending 6+ stars (i know.... the scale is 1-5 but Magoo's how's that extra mile to make a difference.)👍

This place would be great for dog owners, lots of options and some pretty good prices. Employees are always nice. Not many options for cat owners. They do sell some fish, and some lizards, as well as crickets for feed. Small note is to check some prices, some things in the store are the same price or more then stores like target and Walmart down the street.

I get the meal worms and there always a live and not half dead and my bearded dragons love them. My dog loves the dehydrated bones

Love buying my cats food here the staff is always friendly, the store is always clean and I come in very often and they make sure to keep her wet food stocked for me and even over stock it holiday weeks when the truck isn't coming I love this location

Absolutely LOVE this place! All the workers I've met are wonderful, but Kristina is the BEST!! She is such a fun and terrific person and very hands on with the animals helping make them sweet pets. Great prices on everything and best customer service!

We just stopped in to check it out and they won us over. They are a great place to get bird seed if you feed the backyard birds. They have a rewards program where once you purchase 12 bags you get the 13th free.They have better prices on pet supplies that Petco from the things we looked at.Definitely worth checking out if you are ever nearby.

It is okay. I didn't see reduced prices, and they didn't have the item we needed. The young woman, who waited on up was very pleasant and suggested similar products.

Love this pet outlet!!! They always have whatever it is I'm looking for. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about a variety of topics relating to animals. I'm always greeted when I walk in and the service is great. Will come back for all my pet needs.

I really like the store, but the prices are pretty high! Some food and treat choices are limited, but they have sooooo many cool dog toys! Very cool, but be prepared to spend some cash! 🤑💰💸

friendly staff and everything you could need for reptiles! a few days ago i needed some water conditioner for turtles and i couldn't find any anywhere, but they had full stock here! highly recommend, as they always keep their stock up on reptile/any animal care products.

I really like the store however it was very lightly stocked with animals and it was very pricey but overall a nice store.
