I have gone to multiple vets in the past, but I wasn’t sure where to go to get my dog spayed (due to pricing and just not sure who had a good reputation). Well, I ended up deciding on Macs landing and today was the day!Getting my dog spayed was a big deal for me. I was super nervous about it. The crew at Macs made it the easiest process ever. They walked me through everything, were very loving to my dog and even called to give me updates. I was so thankful for their great communication and genuine love for what they do. When I picked up my dog, you could tell my girl was super comfortable there. Her tail started wagging when she saw the vet walk toward her (My dog hadn’t seen me yet). They walked me through aftercare instructions and made sure I knew it was ok to call with any questions or concerns. I took my dog home and went to cut her nails and found they had already done it! Free of charge and didn’t even mention it to me. I was so so thankful ❤️ Honestly the best vet experience I have had over the years.

We are from out of town and our dog came down with Kennel Cough. After calling about 5 different vets in the area, Mac’s was the only one willing to see us. The staff was very helpful, understanding, and efficient. They were very reasonably priced and got us taken care of in no time.

Took my family (including our 2 dogs) to Michigan vacationing over Memorial Day weekend. Our 85 lb husky/lab mix became sick and they fit us in the same day we called, performed all the necessary tests, and prescribed her medicine that made her feel better almost immediately! Friendly staff & clean facility. Thanks for taking great care of our fur baby!

We were very pleased with the staff and Dr Eberly. We were new patients, well, our little yorkie, Millie, was and they were able to fit our baby in... Everyone we spoke with was super friendly!!!! We will definitely be going back with our other babies!!!!

We use Mac's Landing for minor issues with our horses, and used to use Dr. Ray for chiropractic many years ago. They have always come to our rescue when we have needed stitches for my accident prone mare, or come out if we had a horse not feeling well. Great friendly staff that is always on top of their game. 5/5 recommend!

Yesterday my parents took their golden to Mac's Landing. This morning I spent time with them on the phone listening to how hard it was to come home without her. After doing surgery, where their dog would not wake up, they told my parents they needed to make a decision on what they were going to do with their dog. Not because of her health, but because they were closing in 10 minutes. When my parents asked if there would be someone there to watch her at night they were told there would be no one there. So if she died, she would die alone and my parents would be contacted in the morning. They were told they could not stay wither her. They were told they did not give transfusions. So at 10 minutes to 5 my parents loaded their unconscious dog into their car and drove her to a 24 hour vet in Grand Rapids. She died on that trip. How could you not tell people in advance that this was your policy? I'm not saying Cleo would have lived. I am not a vet. But this morning two people are wondering, if they had made a different decision, would they have been able to bring their baby home with them?

I have been going to this vet for a number of years now. They are very kind and caring, each and everyone that works there. My dog went thru three years of cancer treatments and they were wonderful, even when I was panicked or stressed they were there for me, my husband and our dog Tank. They did so much research on Tanks behalf to help him thru his bad times plus they constantly called the cancer specialist and heart specialist to double check on things. Without any doubt they went above and beyond for us and our pets, I would strongly recommend this vet office, its vets and coworkers to everyone who has pets.

We had an emergency while at our cabin and the staff was gracious enough to see us without an appointment...twice. My Scout is anxious when visiting the vet, but LOVED the vet tech and vet at Macs. I am forever grateful for their care and when we retire there in a few years, this will definitely be our new vet!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a vets.Brought my dog in to be seen after ingesting rat poison.The receptionist sarcastically asked if I had an appointment after I told her my dog ate rat poison.Then she proceeded to tell me they had no appointments available and couldn’t see my dog.I told her my dog could die and couldn’t they squeeze her in?My dog was turned down.Macs Landing is a heartless vet and I will never go back.
