They used to be good but for the last year they have declined in their quality drastically. My scripts are never ready even though they're on auto fill, no one answers the phones when you check to see if they're ready or have a question, and often they are rude when you do go in. Definitely moving my scripts!

My dog has to take a low dose of phenobarbital. I need to cut the pills in 1/2, which was a problem due to the size and shape of them. Many times the tablet would turn into crumbs. I tried other pharmacies for a pill that was easier to cut but no one would make the effort until I talked to Heather at the Farwell rite aid. She dug into it and found and ordered me some pills that are supper easy to cut in 1/2. It might sound like a simple thing but its hard to find customer service like that these daysThank youHeather

Went to Rite Aid in Firewall At 5:30 on Saturday and they were closed. Was supposed to close at 6. Was told I had to come back tomorrow at 10. I Have had bad service a lot lately. The Prescription Was supposed to be ready on Friday after 2 I called at 5 and was told one more hour. Its getting real bad having to go inside and having to wait all the time. No drive through.

Super friendly staff. Nice clean store. They have good weekly sales on laundry soap. Has public restroom. Also can do blood pressure screen while waiting for prescriptions. Very small waiting section only like 3 seats. Competitively priced.

This is the SLOWEST PHARMACY I have EVER been to. They don’t care about your health or getting you your medication as soon as they can. I waited over an hour last night for the WRONG prescription ( one that I’m allergic to!) and then today my husband stopped to pick up a new prescription and he has been waiting over an hour after they told him 15mins. COME ON PEOPLE.

The worst service possible! Just trying to confirm a prescription is ready for pick up and nobody will answer the phone. My wife tried calling for over an hour and Noone would answer. I tried calling for 45 minutes with no answer. This lacking of service is unexceptable for a pharmacy that people rely on for life saving drugs.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years and never had an unreasonable problem. Their flu shots are pretty painless and if you stay with them long enough they'll learn your name.

Meds never ready on time, even got wrong meds. Picked up meds to get phonecall my meds are ready ,,.... even tho i picked them up. Girl at counter argues with me that I did not pick up, told her many times i did and that i have reciept . I finally hung up and that was my last straw with this place !
