Honestly I don't know what happened to the old workers they are very nice people they have the third shift people in here now .. I asked the lady if they carry castor oil. She don't know she asked the guy he told me to go to Automotive to get castor oil he said all oil is an automotive.. very rude I tried to explain to him what it was he would not listen

Boy the place sure has changed. Even after a remodel they have no stock.Registers always on a glitch, you have to self scan.Employees always smoking by the entrance. Nice!!When I brought this to the managers attention he told me to go to 1 of the 7 other dollar generals.

I frequent this store very regularly. Lately it seems like they have a revolving door for employees. They have a new young tall dark haired girl that has been working there. She is not a very nice person. I have had a few interactions with her and not once has she been nice. Today she made us all stand innline while she was in the office where there is a window, so she knew we were there waiting. Finally she slowly walks out like we are disturbing her. She finally rings up my purchases and I set my money on the belt while digging for change and she snatches it up off the belt. She is very rude and should find another line of work.

I always love shopping in this store. Close to home, friendly staff....except today. Cashier had an attitude with customers. While I understand that you're having a bad day, don't take it out on us. Same as you expect of us.I love my Farwell Dollar General ❤️

Stood in line for over 10 minutes to check out. This is the second time at this store. I was 4th in line. The first and second customers were carrying on a conversation with the clerk as we all stood and listen about how terrible vs good a business was to work for down the road. This is the second time I've had to wait a long time to check out here. Tired of having to eat a melting ice cream bar.

A standard Dollar General store, it's mostly good with the expected stock and good customer service. My only complaints are that one aisle (out of 6, I think) was blocked in 2 places by employees stocking shelves at 5 pm on a Sunday.Come on, change it up so customers can navigate that aisle.Also, 2 liter bottles of Coke were on the top shelf, meaning I had to get help from one of those employees to stock up as Coke is on sale and I was nearly out. Why can't they be near the Pepsi 2 liters on a middle shelf?The help from the employee was very much appreciated, particularly that she actively asked if she could help me with anything then did so with a smile. I wish now I had gotten her name as not having to seek out help getting merchandise from high shelves just makes a shopping experience better.

Store needs manager that keeps on employees to keep shelves and Isle in the stores clear of boxes and make sure clothing pulled off hangers are hung up so not walked on. I go in all local stores 2 in clare, 1 in lake, 1 in lake George, need employees and manager that are polite and cheerful, and handicap can get help from them when needed.

I love Dollar General stores!! My two favorite are, the one in Weidman Michigan n Lake, Michigan. I also love All Dollar Tree stores!!!! N Family Dollar in Clare Michigan!!. I've always been greeted, so sweetly, very polite

This is our favorite dollar general. We stop here at least 2 to 3 times a week. Also love that there's a redbox outside. Workers always great. Thanks
