Be sure to check your receipts. I was double charged for the same item. I went back right away and was given the refund for that item. Had I waited they would probably not believe me. The reason I say that is because at the Novi location, the same thing happened and when I went back after a couple of days they said they couldn’t believe me. I just didn’t pay attention until after a couple of days to really look at my receipt. Anyhow just make sure they’re not not scanning the same item twice.

Was yelled at by not just one store employee, but three.I was in the fitting room, and I as I walked out, one employee yelled at me that the fitting rooms were closed and why was I in there. Well I'm sorry, if the door is wide open, how am I supposed to see the sign that says the fitting rooms are closed? Ok, I apologized and moved on. The store announced that they were closing up and the ATM's were being locked in 15 minutes. Since when do stores close 15 minutes early? If it says online that store closes at 10pm, then it should close at 10, and not at 9:45. I'm in the checkout lane and go to pay for the sweater. The total was $10.99. I was told the price and handed the employee a gift card. She then said $3.99, Well I thought I had $3.99 left on my card. So I stood waiting to get my card back. She walked away and came back few minutes later and said very angrily, "well how ya going to pay the rest?" I'm sorry Ma'am, unless you said that I still owed $3.99, how am I supposed to know that?? So Ok, I ask if I can pay with another gift card. I hand her the card and she gives it back to me and sarcastically says to me that I have money leftover on this card and this card only. She handed me the receipt. and looked at me and pointed to the amount I have leftover and related that I had money and I should look at the recipes in case I forget. I put it away and after being put down and as I was walking away I couldn't remember if she gave me the receipt, I went back and asked her. She looked at me and said she obviously did and walked away. Fine, I was all frazzled. I then walked out the doors at 9:45pm. Not a great experience. I've been coming to Burlington for years, and not sure that I want to return.

This Burlington was very organized. It had loads of new items and was very full. The line was a bit long, which is a usual thing at Burlington. They had 2 fitting rooms open and restrooms too.

I had a disappointing experience at the store on Friday, November 3rd, 2023, at around 4:30 pm. The cashier, an older black lady, displayed a rude attitude and acted as if she was doing me a favor. (she wasnt even my cashier she went out of her way to involve herself) Her behavior was off-putting, and it made me decide not to return to that store. I would advise others not to waste their time with such rude employees. The younger cashier waiting on me was much more professional.

My daughter and I go there sometimes with nothing really in mind, but we always end up leaving with a cart full?! For the most part things are very organized (for a discount store) and the employees are very helpful. I really like this location in particular because they tend to carry lots of cute household knick knacks and the merchandise is priced reasonably.

Considering the current state of the world I'm excited just to see the doors open :) It's like every other retailer - A LOT OF BARE SHELVES - seems as if they were working with a skeleton crew or I was stunned by all the empty space -- neither here nor there I am a die hard Burlington fan -- Overall this visit was "MEH"

I had a horrible time at burlinton on orchard lake rd. The customer service was terrible, they did not want to help me at all and they would not let me use my coupons after I waited 30 minutes in line. Absolutely horrible experience. Tonya the manager provided horrible customer service. They put a trainee who was not ready for the job and made my experience terrible. Tonya was horrible in assisting me and Taylor was a trainee and she was not ready for the job and made experience much worse

This Burlington use to have a good selection of shoes for both Men and Women, but now they don't get anything good! On the plus side, this location happens to be one of the cleaner and more organized Burlington's in the metro Detroit area (if you've been to the Dearborn store then you'll appreciate that here lol). Lastly, they still have a bunch of clothing items available, but hardly any Nike or Air Jordan stuff anymore. It's even hard to find a good Adidas hoodie here now!

Compared to the majority of the Burlington Stites, it was actually chosen and organized. I just wish they had more in stock. The shoe department leaves much to be desired. I darken there use to be a time when Burlington had an amazing shoe department with a nice dried off size 11s. Please bring those days back. I did have a couple finds for my daughter. So at least she can be great☺

Finally found a clean + organized Burlington! Prices are always great. The line was very slow but that's expected ( this location is very spacious). I found a little bit of everything from auto , home , to beauty products. Will definitely return!

Great clothing options and great prices. Along with other items very well stocked all brands. Hard to find associates on the floor and the alarm at the door goes off even if you don't have anything in your bag to make it go off. I witnessed a customer having to stand for 10 mins as an associate checked her bags. Good and bad I suppose. Her bags were still going off after the 10 mins but allowed her leave finally. The store itself very clean had a gentleman walking around the store cleaning which was nice to see.

Wow I am really surprised at the comments for this Burlington location. I have been coming to this Burlington for the last couple of years and have had nothing but great experience. I'm a very frequent shopper everyone knows me the manager Tonya is always so pleasant and nice the cashier's I've always had great experiences with and even the lady that handles the fitting room area she's great as well they know me every time I come in there. I love this location this is the main location I love shopping at so it's sad to hear that people have so many negative reviews about this location when I've had nothing but great experiences every single time I shop here. I think all of you ladies there are doing a great job with your customer service.Chantel

I came to the store at 9:20 yesterday and they already had the doors locked. If they close at 9 they should change their times on google and the door. Other people in the parking lot was unaware of the time change and left unhappy as well.

The Burlington was nice but it wasn’t great there wasn’t a lot of stuff. It maybe just the day I had gone. I found a cute coat but it was dusty and covered in hair. The place could use a good cleaning

Ok. everything i have, like closes, socks, shoes, backpack, suitcase,shirts, t-shirts etc.....is from here, now this shop is a really really peace of comfort. i highly recommend this store to buy whatever you need for yourself and your family too.

Very poor customer service. I was in line waiting to get checked out and the manager and 2 cashiers having a conversation for 15mins and when i stepped up to be acknowledged I was told by a rude cashier im not ready. The selection is very poor as well not like it once was. Tj maxx across the street is the complete opposite great service and selection. I know employees are hard to come by these days but a crash course customer service would help this place.

The atmosphere was pleasant during this Christmas shopping season. Even the customers were polite. No pushing no shoving no attitudes no cursing. The line was long but it flowed freely. Checkout time for the line length was no more than 10 minutes.

I usually enjoy shopping at Burlington. On this particular occasion I was unable to shop the mens section. It looked like a tornado had literally went through the department. Clothing was strewn all over the place. It looked like it had not been cleaned or reset in a long period of time.Since I was there so early in the morning, I surmise that they just didn't have the staff to get everything together. It's sad but this is something that is happening with many businesses. I walked away with one item, which I had to search through heaps of other things to find. This location is close to me and I enjoy coming here, so I will definitely be back. Hopefully, things will be much different.

The cashier is slow and rude. She talks to her friends for 15 minutes when she is the only cashier and there is 10 people waiting. Once you get to her she keeps on insisting that you work there even after you say no a couple times. Bought 4 items and of those she did not remove the anti theft protection

Two ladies that work here are very racist. They locked the fitting room at 6pm on a Tuesday because they seen my family using the fitting rooms. The lady in the fitting room area started banging on the door like the police when my dad was trying on his clothes. The cashier was also rude and had a disgusting attitude.
