PS, don't put your bottle returns in the new shopping carts. They have old ones for that. Ask how I know........ The food is absolutely amazing! They have daily specials and great sides. I highly recommend if your in the area to stop by and try it out. Bonus, you can do some grocery shopping while you wait for your food because it's inside the Fairview food market.

Love this store! Great selection of fresh produce, which can be difficult to find in Oscoda County. Their beef jerky is by far the best I've ever had, and the bakery has a good selection of fresh baked goods.

A nice little small town store. They have hot barbecue at a counter inside that I hear is really good. Fresh veggie area is bright, clean and well organized. They have a bakery as well. Good service, friendly staff.

This is the place to get an incredible lunch, pizza or dinner! Their smoked meats are incredible! Great smoked flavor, (you can see the nice smoke ring on their brisket!), moist and juicy! Prices are reasonable. I love the soup of the day! ALWAYS homemade!! The grocery store is super clean, great local produce, and their meat selection is top notch and great prices for this quality meat! Love, love, love their Salt & Pepper ground pork sausage, a must try! Great fresh baked goods as well!Gotta give this place a visit, it's a little gem Up North!

The store is very clean. Meats and produce looked very fresh. The thing that really stood out was their Customer Service. Excellent! So nice and they walk you to your car and load your groceries for you. Very nice.

Stopped especially for the deli. Got some olive loaf (which is hard to find) and the stores special baked beans. Loved it all, especially helping me to the car with my groceries and a 22 pound bag of cat food. Can't find a more helpful store!

Great place to shop but manger not to friendly friendly got things straightened out with a problem about a overcharge. In response to the upset manager lady she gave the money back but I could tell she didn't want to,arguing about what the price .but she did give it back, but believe me I could tell she really didn't want to.it wasn't a whole lot of money it was over fresh produce I bought, think it was Brussel sprouts ,anyways I am over it ,we still shop there and it was quite some time ago but the rest of the staff has always made us feel very welcome. I would never ask for my money back if I didn't believe I was overcharged. I even showed it to the cashier the day she overcharged me and took her to show her the sign of the price it was marked could of been a mistake of the store putting the wrong price but the cashier said the manager wasn't in I would half to come back tomorrow because I noticed that day the sign was charged. That's all I have to say.Thank you for your response.

Love this store. It is so easy to find what you want and you're not bombarded with a bunch of junk and crowded aisles. However, keep in mind that you should have some flexibility in what you are purchasing; they may not have many or any choices within a food category. That is fine with me because I prefer the smaller store experience. Such a nice grocery shopping experience.

Great find in northern Michigan!!! Delicious brisket sliders and the mushroom dumpling soup was very savory! Price was extremely affordable given the quality of bbq. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Small footprint but large selection, especially the fresh meats and produce! Prices are a little bit higher than bigger stores in bigger towns, but that's to be expected. Just have to check on business hours during the pandemic.

Always our grocery store when we visit Jerry and Cec. They always talk about Dan's great treatment of his staff, and you can really tell by how friendly it is there. +++ they have everything we ever need!!

Recently went shopping at my local grocery store, Fairview Food Market. Love the employees and their smiles besides their products. But better than that...they back up who they are-ethical folks. There was not to be found on the magazine racks one tabloid or gossipy magazine. Not one. I looked at the checkout counter and looked around at the other one and not a one to be found. As you know, gossip does more harm than good and most of the time it is not factual only sensational, grabbing the attention of those that fall for that sort of baloney.I complimented the cashier on this and she grinned and knew exactly what I was talking about. I expressed my thanks and said that I would let others know what a great grocery store this was. She, of course, was delighted. And so was I!

This grocery store certainly surprised me! My husband and I were vacationing in Fairview and decided to stop in for groceries! They have everything! Excellent meat and seafood selection, fresh fruits, veggies and herbs! If you could pull the best items off the shelf at your local super market and pair it with short lines and friendly customer service, that would be Fairview food market! They even load my groceries in to my truck for me! A friend of mine even called in to secretly pay for groceries for our vacation! The entire store was in on it! They definitely made my experience a good one and this will be on my list of favorite memories!

I will stop here every chance I get. This is a customer focused store. From the personnel attention I received @ the meat counter to the lady that asked more than once if she could help me carry a bag of ice to my car.I love this place because it reminds me of how things used to be before bottom lines & profit margins changed how we treat each other.

They are very nice and personable. A comfortable place to pick up a few groceries and actually get help out to the car with them if you need it. Baked goods and meat are very good!
