After a nightmareish experience at another vet they were able to squeeze me in last minute to do health certificates for the UK and EU. Tonya was incredibly kind and helpful and took care of everything as quickly as she could. I am exceedingly grateful for her knowledge and sympathy during such a stressful and overwhelming time. Due to her competence we made our trip smoothly and without incident! Thank you again to her and everyone else at Laursen Veterinary Service for their understanding and care!

They always try to work me in when I don't have an appt. and something serious is going on with one of my pets. Dr. Laursen has come in after hours and on a holiday to help with my beagle who suffered from severe seizures. I am beyond thrilled that I found them, and have since referred several family members to them.

I brought in 6 cats for spay program with Cassriverpetfriendz . The cats were well taken care of . I would have liked having their rabies numbers & vet info on individual papers to go with the cats . When they find homes . And the bill wasn’t itemized .I do want to Thank Laursens for their support in the spay and neuter programs

The staff here is absolutely amazing! The facilities are very very nice and I also love it when I walk in and it's absolutely 100% clean. This was my first time here and it definitely won't be my last time. Absolutely loved you guys! Also I got treats when I got home! 🐶😁💕

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Full Recovery from fracture at 12 weeks old. Annabelle is the sweetest dog and in good health. She's one yrs old on the the 3rd of January and I give thanks to Laursens Veterinary for it great people.

I HIGHLY recommend Laursen Veterinary Service. I can't say enough GREAT and AWESOME things about all of them....the staff and 3 doctors are wonderful, kind, very caring. They've been my vet for about 15 years. I've had several cats, plus they've helped me spay many feral cats that I found permanent homes for. I go in monthly for a $12 nailclip for our beloved indoor cat. They also gave our Renia Joy her microchip!!

Staff was wonderful! My fur baby isn't exactly a people's dog so I was very nervous on how they would handle her especially overnight but they were great with her! Handled her very well n was very understanding of her...i will definitely continue my puppy care with them

I can't say enough good things about Laursen Veterinary Services. If it weren't for them I don't think Maxwell would still be with me. Being new to this area I fortunately had a great recommendation from one of their client's so I called. They took me right away. They had to keep Maxwell overnight but I received several calls throughout the day to let me know how he was. If you value your fur babies you will and want the best possible care for them, you will take them to Laursen.....

I have a white American Bulldog. She has a lot of allergies and gets frequent ear infections, so we go to the Vet pretty often. I Have been going to Laursen Veterinary Service for over a year now. I'm very happy with the service there. The Vets are thorough and always take the time to answer my questions.

The Laursen Team is wonderful! I live in Northern Mich and drive over 100 miles because our pets always get the very best care and service is always with a smile. I was visiting family in the Thumb during a weekend when my pup needed immediate attention. I called them on a whim and within 25 minutes my pup was in good hands. I was so impressed with the entire experience that we are willing and happy to make the drive. 👍😺🐶❤️

They took great care of my cat when he had surgery. The service they deliver is excellent at a reasonable price.Only negative is I wish there was more communication from the office. I called prior to surgery to ask questions about updating shots and flea prevention treatment. With no return response. The things I asked for ended up being completed, but I found out after receiving updates on how his procedure went.

We have been using Laursen Veterinary for several years and have never had a bad experience. All of the doctors are great to work with and are kind and compassionate with our pets and with us. They are all well trained and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and affordable. Emergencies are handled without complaint as to day or time. Dr. Laursen has been the best friend my pets could ever have. Staff is great also and very helpful. Love this vet office!

This vet office is very busy. Everyone was very nice. We took a kitten that we rescued because we could not get him into our regular vet. They took our kitten to a different room to do some of the procedures which is not bad it is just not something that we are used to. I guess we just like to be more involved in all of his care. This veterinary service has been highly recommended by friends and I can see why they like them so much. This service is good but not what we are used to. By all means take your pets here they are good. We are just used to a different kind of pet care. We will continue to take our kitten, knowing that they do things a bit different.
