This store is always busy and usually the aisles are packed with rolltainers/U-boats in the way but the store Manager at this location tries really hard to keep up with it as he is the only one doing multiple rules at first everyday,I used to work for a company that did his resets and he always found a way to assist me in making sure that I had what I needed to get my job done...

Cluttered most days but that blame lay in corporate operations. The store is too small for what the employees have to deal with and the register layout is flow prohibitive.

I’ve been to this place before and usually everyone has been pretty kind. Today was a really bad experience. I needed at least two of the baskets full of things. I walked in with my baby and I was told there was no carts by a manager. The other guy said they are pretty hard to come by. So I had to carry my baby around trying to fill a basket as much as I could than had to carry 5 bags with my baby out to my car. While I was in the store I noticed all the carts were filled with stock that wasn’t yet put away. Super annoying.

Honestly the fact they just remodeled the store and it’s trashier. Is funny. The lot has so much trash it looks straight outta a third world country. They have 3 registers and still manage to have a line at all times. Honestly if you enjoy getting treated like you are a inconvenience this is the place for you.

Always clean and kept upright. Sometimes busy. Some of the staff is friendly. Others defiantly need to work on it. Usually everything is always in stock or they may have the product you're looking for in the back. Open restroom. New items and seasonal change.

I walk in this store and there music was playing way to loud I couldn’t hear my husband talking to me .The cashiers apologized saying that their whole system was down and they was using a personal speaker that was centralized and no matter where they put it, it was gonna be loud. Not very happy coming here I will keep going to Reed City

lots of cluttered alleys . too many clothes on racks to look thru them , half time sets have missing pieces. packed to tight &some up to high to look. 5 2&still 2-3feet higher than I can reach. one thing this store does that no other store but this business tells you second you walk thru door ;WERE CLOSING IN TEN MTS. OR YOU GOT TWO MTS.! really?

Workers are very nice and helpful but the store itself is very cluttered,dusty and somethings are outdated! The clothes isle are so jamb packed and so unorganized that you can't see the items. It needs a complete overhaul!

I shop here a few times a year during weekend visits back home! The store is cleaner, and more organized then I remember it being before moving away! Great improvement in the last couple years!

Horrible store. There are always boats blocking things and not one or two. It seemed like 10 or more. The same person was trying to check out from the time we went in until we left. I just got frustrated after about 15 minutes and went to a nice clean Family Dollar.

The last few times that I've been in this store, it seems they have two people working which is always the manager and a clerk. The clerk seems to always be eternally checking people out while the manager is off running errands, on break, or gone to lunch. What is the sense in having two employees, if only one is trying to do all of the work. The place is dirty, cluttered and extremely disorganized.

It was a little bit cluttered. The cashier was overwhelmed and not very friendly. The bathroom was trashed! The other cashier was in the back putting away their products slowly.... their was a huge line of impatient customers

Stays stocked.. They have some of the cute and nesatest novalty things out. The motion detecter cow worked as a safty measure in my window incase someone approached it. A Plus!

I was in the Evart Dollar General and I was surprised it was looking very good,The service was excellent and the manager was really nice and I told her how I thought the store was looking good ,plus i told her I use to live in Evart and I havent seen the store this cleaned up in a while.The clearence section was better also you could see things not thrown around ,I know the uboats have when the truck comes in is hard to hide but maybe if you have a early person or a late person come in to do it before the store opens or close it would help keep the sections open a little more,I use to work in retail and thats how i did it .

This is the single most unsanitary store I have seen in my life of 39 years. Numerous items are mislabeled and damaged. How corporate hasn't done a fire/hire sweep on this store is beyond me.

I like this store but i tend to pass it up and go to the one in reed city because there are always stock in the way of the shelves blocking your way of getting products and stock blocking your way down isles. Its just to hard to shop there. And i have heard staff be extremely rude to customers.

I was not happy at all about they have signs all over the store saying you cannot enter the store without a mask and they had lots of customers not even wearing a mask. I am thinking about not even going to that store anymore.

I show up at this location at 9:55 store says closes at ten but doors were locked must of had a hot date this is the reason you make minimum wage and it shouldn't be more than 8 dollars.
