I previously brought my dog to this establishment prior to his passing, and recently, we brought in a stray cat that we welcomed into our family. The level of service provided was exceptional, although the pricing structure appeared to be somewhat elevated. Nonetheless, they demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in their care for the animals, and the staff exhibited a consistently pleasant and professional demeanor.

I have taken my pets here since I was a child. There is no doubt their staff absolutely loves animals and will take care of yours like their own. My only complaint is they've gotten so big that it's difficult to get an appointment. I can't really fault them for being so popular, I would just appreciate it if long term customers didn't have to wait so long for their animals to get visits. Thank you for everything you've done for my pets over the years!

Wow. I had a visit to establish care and I am completely blown away. The building is welcoming and the PSR staff were warm and welcoming. The tech Marissa spent a good chunk of time gathering all of the information, history, and concerns about my dog. Marissa was excellent, caring, and personable. Dr. Hanna was absolutely phenomenal with my dog performing a thorough examination that I’ve never experienced with my previous vet. We had a thorough discussion with my dogs health and many options for further care. My biggest takeaway is that I didn’t feel rushed and it was great to be heard with everything I talked about. My dog is one of the most important things in my life and they made me feel like she was important to them, as well as me. I’m very grateful to be able to become a new client of this clinic. I feel confident and comfortable with the team they have, for the care they will provide for my dog. Thank you so much Marissa, Dr. Hanna, and the staff!

I will never not rave about Bay Animal Hospital. Every single vet appointment, call or email I’ve sent has been 100% helpful, kind, courteous and pleasant. The staff is AMAZING, knowledgeable and helpful. Best vet hands down. Blessed and thankful to be part of their community. Although very busy, they responded, and were able to book us in Asap! Although the prognosis was not good, they were straightforward, and did not push for a bunch of expensive and unnecessary tests. Looking forward to bringing the other pets here for years to come!

I'm not a big review guy and I generally just pass on them but I couldn't pass on this one! This practice is amazing! The staff are very friendly and personable! I knew as soon as I walked through the door that I had made the best choice for my fur baby! I was completely blown away by the knowledge of the Dr. and the assistant that cared for my Duke. Extremely compassionate! They made me feel like family and like my fur baby was their fur baby. They left no question unanswered! I've had bad experiences with vets and high prices and poor service in the past, not here! They are truly about caring for your pet, not the all mighty dollar. Bay Animal Hospital is the only place that will ever see my pets. My biggest heartfelt THANK YOU to the Dr. And Staff!

2/21/24 Update: Visit for heartworm testing & yearly meds. Tiffany took great care of Mollie getting weight & bloodwork, as well as tips for feeding, exercise & anxiety/car sickness. Front desk staff are friendly, caring, and professional. As always a wonderful experience!11/2023 Bay Animal Hospital doctors and techs have always shown care and compassion towards my pets. Recently, I brought my 4 month old puppy, Mollie, to them as a new patient. She received lots of snuggles, petting, and treats while getting her vaccines and wellness check. Dr. VanOchten answers all questions, and you can always call with a question if you need to. As a pet parent, I want my pets to get the best care. That's why I've been with BAH 27 years (2 pets) and now Mollie is going there. I won't take my pets anywhere else. ❤️

We had a good experience there. The staff was friendly, the Doctor was kind and enthusiastic. My dog was just establishing care, so there wasn’t any big emergency or anything but it was a nice visit.

Steve V is the best Vet around. He will be doing a tooth extraction on my 8 year old dog and I have all the confidence in the world he will do a great job and my pet will be feeling much better. The staff is over the top friendly and you can tell they love animals. My dog gets so excited to see everyone. Love how you stay outside in car with your animal and they being you in when room is ready. Makes it so easier for owner and pet.

Bay Animal Hospital is an excellent place to take your fur baby. I trust them and I am very comfortable with them. Unfortunately, as I age, I seem to be having more difficulty with memory and I arrived at the wrong time. They were very understanding and rescheduled me with Boo Boo. They treat Boo and I with compassion.

3/27/24Took my cat Val in this morning as an emergency. The moment we checked in and were taken to a room I felt at ease. Staff listened to my concerns and very quickly got to work. Unfortunately I had to put my dog down recently. We've gone to bay animal hospital since I got my dog. The staff and doctors have always been nice, friendly, and I seen the compassionate side last night there while in the process of putting my dog down. Prices are high, but so is everything else in this world. If you want your pet to always be taken care of, it always comes with a price. I'm glad we've chosen bay animal hospital for the past 9 years. I appreciate how compassionate everyone was last night, even though my heart is shattered into a million pieces losing my Chevy. I'm sure being a vet is one of the toughest jobs having to witness the parts we dread as dog moms, which is the illnesses, the sickness, the downs and the goodbyes. I give them a whole lot of credit for what they do. Again, the compassion is beyond what I would've ever expected with my first ever dog loss. Thank you so much.
