I live at work and since it's a motel it's open 24/7. We have a family of 5 and because we are always at work I utilize the pickup delivery service as my primary means of grocery shopping. I am not one to leave bad comments and reviews as I too deal in customer service but the state in which my food is being picked is starting to be a re-occuring issue. I pay extra for the service and should not be receiving rotten food! First it was meat that was due to expire on multiple occasions and today a bag of potatoes that stunk up my whole house upon arrival. Get it together Walmart. Don't unload sub par food to people just because they are not there to pick it themselves.

The amount of money this Corporation saves by not providing health benefits for most associates on government assisstance.But yet they believe that constantly checking receipts of colored people only is gonna solve their "loses" each year..why have surveillance and cameras to prevent "loss" if they dont put it to use

Whoever the maintenance supervisor is, I believe... Older man working on 12-30-23.... Spoke so unprofessionally, so rude, so condescending to the only supposed maintenance worker on duty, a young man, probably in his early 20s .I watched the whole thing happened as I was getting my nails done. The employee had to pick up a jar of pickles that broke. He was called away before everything was completely swept up and when the maintenance supervisor walked by , he flipped out. It was so disgusting to watch, I wanted to get up and scream and yell and tell this supervisor to go get a broom himself! The employee did nothing wrong and not once did he react to how harshly he was being treated. I watched 20 other Walmart employees, including the supervisor multiple times, walk by and not came back with a broom. Instead, they took the time it would have taken to clean up the mess to find the employee who was originally was working on it. Thank God for Meijer. I only come to Walmart to get my nails done.

Decent Walmart Supercenter, the photo however is of the adjacent Pizza Hut, where I had chicken alfredo with breadsticks, $7.99.Leaving very bloated, and wondering why, I did remember the menu said "enough for two.":)

I've come to enjoy the organic products available at Walmart. I also enjoy using Walmarts online app to access a greater variety of products they don't carry in the local Supercenter.

It's walmart, what more do you want? It's funny how box stores make you work for them as you give them your money. Self checkouts = free workers = your time doesn't mean anything to them. Think about that next time you go there. WALMART CORPORATE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY!

Employees are rude and don't like to be bothered. Came in for a tire repair and every car that came after me went out before me. Terrible customer service. Service times are far from accurate, as well as the first come first serve. Ive been sitting over a hour waiting for a tire repair yet all the oil changes that arrived after me are done.

There is never more then one or two checkouts open with a person working it. I refuse to self check and then get asked to see receipt. I tell them if you can trust people then open more checkouts.

I visit here almost every time I go to esky and they typically have everything I go there for. Staff is typically friendly and prices are great. Some items I go there for are either always out of stock or what is left is not what I was looking for. Kinda dirty in some places especially the front bathrooms but that's to be expected.

Today I went into Walmart looking for a specific hair product. When I couldn't find it I ask a wonderful lady by the name of VI and she was incredible. She dropped what she was doing and took me to the area my product was in. It was out of stock so she recommended a product that she uses and when I got home I tried it and....WOW it worked great. A great big thank you to VI.

How have I never been here before? What an amazing shopping expirence! You can get frozen pizza AND socks all in one stop! What will they think of next? I spent a better part of an afternoon exploring this mega store. I can only hope I encounter this establishment again in my travels. Color me hash tag blessed or what ever youths say....

Something good has happened to this walmart! I was used to not getting good help, but here at this one, the people seem to actually care! From the pharmacy to the electronic department..I have really received the help I needed! So nice to get good customer service!

The store has gone downhill. It's obvious with the self check out lines, the lack of actual humans working has definitely effected the quality of service, cleanliness, especially the restrooms. They're always filthy. Will no longer use dressing room, due to them being cluttered and discarded clothes in the rooms. I haven't returned and have no intentions of doing so. There's a superior big box store to meet all of my needs in Escanaba.

I was the last customer checking out and the cashier helped me with my stuff to my car as it was storming out.. They even held an umbrella over my head while I drove one of the stores electric scooters to my car, so I didn't get soaked from the rain and they put my groceries in my car for me.. I thanked them a million times over!! ❤️👍

This is the only grocery in town that accepts the united health care U card. Not a single person in the store knows how to process it at the cash register. Not even store manager. 4 tries now. My mother will have to travel 50 miles to the next available walmart I. Order to use it.

Plenty of parking, including handicap spots. Large store with lots of selection, pharmacy, hair salon, pickup, and same day delivery. Friendly staff. Clean store.

The self checkouts are a joke. Very dirty and the 1 lady left there to assist customers was doing more work running around assisting than she would if she was a cashier at a regular check out, which left several people, myself included, to wait while she ran around fixing other self checkouts. It would be so much quicker and less stress on workers to just bring back regular checkouts!
