I took my camper screen door in to be fixed. The bottom screen had been ruined by the previous owners dog and they replaced it with plexiglass. Then my dog ran through the plexiglass and broke it again. I took the door in to have the bottom screen replaced. Customer service was great, don’t get me wrong. Actual work done, terrible!!! I get the door in my possession and the entire bottom screen is loose fitting. I don’t think twice about it. Get it screwed back into place in the door frame and the screen is completely out of the rubber held track. Top, and bottom. I had to fix it again, myself. I would’ve replaced the screen myself in the first place, but wanted to support a small local business. Very dissatisfied with workmanship from this local hardware. Will not be back unless situation is resolved. I also live almost an hour away so even more frustrating.

Excellent hardware store. And they make good keys. I tried two other places, Menards and L&M, and got keys that did not work, theirs worked first time and was very quick and very reasonably priced.

This store is amazing. Fantastic service. Knowledgeable staff, and you won’t believe what is in that store. They have a little of everything. Looking to shop somewhere other than box stores. You will not be disappointed. Fair prices. Everything you need all in one place. What more could you ask for?

The best hardware store in the area! Excellent service, fair pricing, awesome selection, quality stuff! Just start looking for something and help arrives quickly. An employee (probably one of the owners) will lead you to every item you need and check you out. Very knowledgeable!

Family member went to buy multiples of the same thing. Two of the same thing were avaliable as needed but prices were marked different. Owner turned away a sale of multiple parts when willing to pay already more than Menards. Hard to shop local when owners aren't willing to negotiate and go good on display prices.

I got to tell you folks, if they don't have it, you don't need it! It just blew my sox off that a hardware store in a dinky dow town in Upper Michigan would have the selection that they have. It reminds me of the old time mercantile where you can get everything from corral gate hindges to computer network wire. The people are really great. They will bend over backward to get what you need. Most in less than 3 days if it's not on the shelf.
