Tina is friendly, helpful and made me as a customer feel like she actually didn't mind helping people. You need more people like Tina working for you. She's very knowledgeable about what and where everything is and she loves her job. It shows when you actually get treated like a friend not a customer. Visited in July 2020 and the store and all the employees took cleanliness very seriously. They counted each customer in the store and as each walked out to limit capacity. They cleaned every cart before you used it. They wiped down each checkout station after every person. Every employee was so nice too! Very nice store to visit.

Fun place to shop. Always like to check out the kitchen department. Many great finds. You never know what you will find. Stock is always changing because they are selling closeout, overruns and similar items so if you see something you like buy it when you see it as it my not be there the next time you go there.

I like this store sooo much, maybe a little too much if you ask my husband.☺️ I do wish we had one in the Iron Mountain/Kingsford, MI area but for now I'll keep making the hour drive to Escanaba. The employees are so friendly and I love how the inventory is always changing. The store is always clean and well organized. 😁

The store is clean, the employees are friendly & there’s a good selection of products to shop for. I love the fact they don’t carry the same things, you go in and there’s new items to see! Obviously my favorite part is that they carry name brand products at amazing prices! I feel like it’s fraud, shopping for high end merchandise, but getting discount prices. It’s a one stop shop - and I save so much money!

I wish they would open a store in Iron Mountain. I love their selection of exotic health snacks and spice blends. Today, got myself a nice cutting board for under 10 bucks!

Question, their comments over the intercom. Wear face masks to respect employees and others that are not vaccinated, weather medically cant or who have chosen not to be vaccinated I say to Management. Respect those who were vaccinated and who then choose not to where a face maskAnd those who have chosen not to be vaccinated, respect those who have been. They deserve the same respect the store Management has given to the un-vaccinated.........Other than that, love the store and their products....

Slim pickings but clean and clear. Dont forget your masks and any other protective gear when shopping. Watch for potholes in parking lot, the snow and ice is covering many of them and due to budget cuts the lot and sidewalks are not up to 100% Safety.

If you are alittle thicker i do not recommend shopping here. Not as large of a selection as i am use to living in Wisconsin previous to moving back here, which is to be expected for a newer store. However with everything finally opening up i had stopped to see if they were open as well. Their employees or Managers whoever was there that day were literally yelling at people that they weren't open. Now excuse me, but if your lights are on, people are inside items are displayed, and gigantic signs for a sale are posted outside, you look open. Now i wasn't one of the customers getting screamed at but i did see this and was disgusted. There was literally a closed sign on the door hand written or typed, one little 8"11" letter sized piece of paper on both sides of the door saying they were temporarily closed. Not everyone goes online and checks and even if they did with all this stuff with Covid happening most of the times online or open or closed are not accurate, and with everything opening up Friday it is a normal response to check and see if this store was open also. I am not a fan of this establishment if the people working in it have the absolute nerve to treat the people that keep them open that way. I personally will be taking my business to Green Bay, Burlington has more to chose from and better prices anyways. Escanaba Marshalls, you failed.

Went in to buy a steel 67 oz water bottle, lots of clothing and kitchen stuff, along with some stuff for men. Clean store, fast checkout, not bad. Good deals on some stuff!

Marshalls has a little bit of everything at GREAT prices! Shoes, hair and beauty products, clothes, home and bath, pet, toys and then some! It is very clean and the staff are very friendly!!
