I wish I remembered the names but the workers and managers are amazing here. They go above and beyond! I'm there pretty much weekly and they know me by name now and pretty much know what I'm working for. Came in today and the manager said "I bet your here for the power drawer organizer" damn right I was! She grabbed it from the back and handed it for me. Also when I wanted to grab this tool box she also said she would clean the loading ramp for me. Everyone that works there are very nice and willing to work with your schedule if you want to pick up a big item. Also they are very patient to answer all questions. Thanks again guys!

They ALWAYS have what I need. If they don't have it, they normally get what I need/want within a very acceptable time frame. This time, it was for this light.

I do maintenance for a local hotel and use this store for additional tools and supplies we need. They have good replacement plans and friendly staff.

If you need a tool for a one or two time use then it's a great place to get a good deal, they also have good prices on usable stuff like sandpaper, cleaning and polishing items, electrical tape, etc, however I would NOT recommend most of their power tools as they seem to be in the area of "a few times use items, then they break", also they switch brands often so it sometimes becomes difficult to buy things like replacement buffing pads for the orbital buffer you purchased last year as now they carry either a different brand (that doesn't fit) or the wrong sizes, but otherwise the service is good, the employee are very willing to help, and yes they do carry some good power tools from Milwaukee and other brands but your not going to see much of a price difference from most other stores that carry the same brand('s), so if you need 1 or 2 time use items or tools, then Harbor Freight is a great place to get stuff at a very reasonable price.

I bought two batterie chargers for 12 volt car batteries. First one quit after using twiceSecond one used once then put away till I needed it about a year later. It wouldn't work either. I tried to return it but it was out of warranty. I will not buy another tool from them. I spent over a thousand dollars of equipment from them and will never buy anything from them again.

Harbor freights very reasonable priced.. every time I get into town. I'll take twenty minutes and walk through a harbor freight..You never have enough tools.

The cleanest and most well stocked HF you will come across in norther MI, actually in all of MI. This place is just wonderful, the staff is so helpful it would be impossible to miss what you came for. Brian has really made this place something special, it’s definitely my favorite store to come to. We will be back!

Their Pittsburgh hand tools are a good price, and they get the job done if you break your nice tools. I have yet to get a decent deals being an ITC member though. It's usually the random stuff I don't need that the membership applies deals to.

So disappointed. Got my husbands Christmas gift last night met my nephew there so he could bring it to their house and my husband wouldn't find it. Been tough to put together since I just had surgery lastbFriday!! I was so excited this all worked out and my husband would be surprised. Then this morning I find out my husband got a receipt in his email!! So horribly disappointed!

Need good quality tools at really great prices? This is the place to go, tools upon tools, hand tools, power tools, air compressors, winches, atv ramps, floorjacks, miter saws, they have it! Be on the lookout for great deals and coupons! Even though this store just opened it's just like any other I have been to and it's always been a good experience! Walk in with one thing you need and end up leaving with a cart full.
