Had an appointment yesterday,first time using Groomingdales. Jess did a perfect job,and staff very friendly. Price was almost half of what we were paying. Have Dublin (dog) set up for next appointment. Highly recommend.

They did a fabulous job with my little Shi Tzu! I had just adopted this little gal from the shelter and this was her first cut in quite some time. She did a great job and her groomer was wonderful! We have rebooked already for her next appointment with the same groomer 😊👍🏻👍🏻

I had my appointment for 2 of my dogs on a Thursday, they called me in the morning and canceled it due to “water problems”. The receptionist told me to call and reschedule Friday. I called Friday and she told me that the groomer is on the phone with her doctor and that she will call me back, I waited all day no one called me back. I waited till noon on Monday still no call so I called them asking what is going on ? They said sorry the earliest I can get you in is 3 weeks out .. are you serious ?!!! “We are just too busy” that’s what they told me. Absolutely terrible customer service, unreliable and I would not recommend them.

I've taken my Aussie to be groomed here 2 times. They listen to what I want done and my girl comes out looking perfect. I find their prices very reasonable as well.
