Great place to shop for a chain saw! Always have fast friendly service. I bring all my saws here to have them worked on. It is a stihl dealership so they have all the latest saws and equipment. Great guys and great mechanics. They even sharpen chainsaw chains but will not shorten a chainsaw chain. And it's located in a convenient spot.

We purchased a snow blower from them and had an issue with the track. We also had to replace a part not long after getting it. In the process of replacing that part, the mechanic told us two parts to the track were missing (never put on). We called to order the parts and asked if they could ship them since we are 60 miles away. When the parts came in they told us we needed to pay them to ship them to us. So we had to pay for shipping and for a mechanic to repair it. Shouldn't have been our responsibility, but they didn't care at all! It also took a week longer to get the parts than they said it would. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Great place. Took my lawnmower to get fixed. They did a fast fix and ended up buying a weed Wacker from them as well. If you need anything small engine repaired or you need to buy anything small engine, I highly recommend spending money here

Ordered a cahin saw Chan three weeks ago still haven't seen it. No phone call or anything. Staff is super unfriendly. Will never ever go there again or will I ever recommend this place.

Great place to get chainsaws sharpened, small engines worked on, and any parts you need. They also have a huge selection of Stihl products with a 2 year warranty, bumped to a 4 year with purchase of a six pack of 2 stroke synthetic oil! Great friendly staff makes it all the better to go there!

I dont recommend. Said would have part in by last friday. Turns out its back ordered til july. Need it to get equipment up and running on the farm. Equipment was serviced under warranty mid 2018 to fix the exact gear that broke. Upon tear down was never assembled correctly so the gear ate itself alive because of a missing washer. Now im stuck with a week wasted sorting down a part they told me they can get. Just wasted 10 days of my time. Shameful bunch of people. no understanding of the needs of those who buy their equipment. Wont ever recommend cub cadet or this place again.

I went there to get a oil filter for my friend. And I started asking questions about one of the zero turn mowers. The man that was helping me was very helpful and very informed on the tractor. I will be back to purchase the mower. They are going to call when they get a 60" cut in. If they don't call I won't buy from there.

They have some quality equipment but the service is not respectful or very helpful bought a new saw and they were not willing to take the extra step after the sale was final particularly avoid gentleman with glasses

My Craftsman mower needed a tune up. After waiting for over a month, I called and was told they'd been waiting for an air filter. Craftsman mowers are so common, air filters may be purchased at most hardware or big-box stores. I told them I was coming to the store to get my mower in a few hours. Once I got there, the mechanic actually told me the mower 'started in one pull and would run well enough for awhile but due to other problems, would begin to run rough'. It is an old mower so I accepted that, paid $40 dollars and left. When I got the mower home, I nearly yanked my shoulder out of joint trying to start it. Whatever they had done, it wasn't by any stretch of the imagination to fix the problem but instead create a new problem. Either I was lied to or the mechanic turns green like the Hulk when he pulls a starter cord. I will be heading back To Four Season on Monday to get my money back.
