Owner was rude. She cut my dogs nail really short and didn't even tell me or attempt to control the bleeding. There was blood all over her paw and my seat when she got into the car. The inside of the claw.is wide open . Not just a slight nic. As I was leaving the owner was yelling at a dog she was trimming and pulling its fur because he/she wouldn't look up. Of she does that to a pet in front of a customer no telling what happens when customers are not present. Very sad.

Can’t say enough good about this place. The two ladies who run it love dogs! It’s our go to for grooming our golden doodle (who pulled a lot of poodle.) They are pretty fast, but more than this they give our dog the best haircut she has had. Every time.

4 paws has been taking care of my pups for 14 years, wonderful cuts ever time. She just cut my boy today, his sister passed, he looks and smells like a brand new pup.

Love this place! Bari the owner used to be a dog groomer in Chicago. She knows how to make your dog look super cute. My baby is super old and 4 pounds she's very careful with him. He been going to 4 paws since he was little.

The lady who owns this place was very rude when I brought my dog there. My dog does not like going to the groomer so she whines, shakes, and barks when left in a cage afterwards and the lady asked, is she going to do this the whole time? I said, probably.. but, please call me as soon as she is done and I will come get her right away. She said, I can't listen to that all day! So, after that, I was very nervous to leave my dog with her. Thats definitely not good customer service and that doesn't make people feel safe leaving their animal with you. Don't be a groomer if you can't handle anxious dogs. I just didn't like that, at all.

Very nice people who run this pet groomer shop. We only had our puppy"s nails clipped here and it was $8. I was able to walk in with my dog and back out with him all in 5 minutes so it was very fast and convenient.

I have been using their services for approximately 4 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Being the owner of a 10 year old Min-Pin I am very grateful for them as my dog can be very hard to handle, but they have been very good to her and I would highly recommend them to anyone :)
