Sales is fine. Service is abysmal. Communication is nonexistent. I traveled over an hour to get my SXS that was supposed to be done the week prior only to find it was not complete. I was supposed to be called by their services manager earlier in the week, never received a call. He was also unavailable to speak with the day I went to pick up.

We were at Cycle City yesterday, to pick up our sxs, when my husband had what we thought was a heart attack. It turned out to be a broken rib. One of their employees, Danny, came to our rescue and took care of our machine and trailer so I could take my husband to emergency. He also offered to use his own trailer to pick up our machine and bring it to our house for us.This gentleman is truly a great representative for your company, and more importantly an all around good man.

Edit....after 8 weeks of them having my bike i get a call saying their diagnosis was wrong after they did the valve job and the problem still exists and I owe them $650. Wouldn't recommend them for anything. Take your business elsewhere!I wouldn't bring my kids pedal bikes here for service. Made an appointment to have my bike serviced for an unknown problem. Was given a date for them to inspect it. Dropped off morning of appointment and they didn't even look at it for 2 weeks. Was told needed a 6hr valve job. Called 2 weeks later and every Friday since. It's now going on 8 weeks since drop off and 10 weeks since I called and made the appointment. No clue when it'll be done. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy and definitely won't be buying or looking for service from them. What a bunch of clowns!

Fellow Michigander from the S.P on a weekend trip to ride some trails...Needed some bolts for my Honda Rancher and the parts guys were more than happy to help me out even though I wasn't buying a huge amount of stuff. Cycle City is amazing!We have bought through them before and they are so helpful. They appreciate working for/with you and you can totally tell!They were wonderful when our machine needed some repairs and got it done as fast as they could. The whole time they kept in contact with us, letting us know what the status was on the machine and what they had found and fixed. (This was super helpful for the fact that we live 1.5 hours away.)Every-time I go in there they know who I am and greet me ASAP. They don’t let you feel like your lost in the wrong store.

Yesterday afternoon we blew a tire on our Harley. We called them and they had a tire in stock, they gave me the number to tow service and they were closing. We had the wrecker drop off were they told us. First thing in the morning they got too work on it.great staff, great service and fare prices. This is definitely a place we recommend.

Cycle city was awesome. I stopped in for a check engine light on a cross country trip. Came and went in about 20 min no problem kept driving. returned for an oil change. no mechanic but given the drain pan and filter wrench I needed to do the job. Guys in service were the best! Good customer service good honest employees. Thanks cycle city!

Spoke with salesperson Chris long distance about a Honda CTX700 they had listed on Cycle Trader. They had the closest one to my home. I wanted to sit on it to get a feel for it before deciding to go for this bike over the standard cruisers and big V-Twin full dresser I was used to. The trip was a four hour one, but it was worth it. Chris and Bruce are good people to work with in making a major purchase. The sale went smoothly. I definitely highly recommend this establishment.

What a clownfest. Been trying to have a recall done on my pioneer for the last 4 months. First attempt Covid slowdown, second attempt tried to make appointment told i would be contacted.....nothing. Third attempt made appointment last week showed up on time no recall part available. After driving 40 miles, we should have the part in 2-3 days. No phone call, text, email, nothing. Not even a sorry. 'll just have to wait and take to a better qualified dealer.

These guys really saved the day for us! Buddy and I were on a long dual-sport motorcycle trip far away from home when his chain started stretching to the point where it could no longer be adjusted. We showed up shortly before closing time and was met in the parking lot by a sales person and explained our situation, he told us to meet him at the service bay and him and the techs were very helpful in letting us borrow a tool to fix his bike in the parking lot on very short notice. These guys are genuine and really helpful. At no point did they make us feel as we were an inconvenience. The previous shop we stopped at in Iron Mountain were of ZERO help (no wonder the place is for sale, no customer service). I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to Cycle City in Escanaba for purchasing and/or servicing their powersports vehicle or getting parts.

My second time there, first time I bought a moped, they delivered it to my home in Menominee for me when it got warm, second time went to esky honda for a new snow blower tire, nobody in Menominee could fix it or order me one, didn't need a new tire, the service guy fixed the tire for me, No Charge! He said he was new in the service dept., very very good service, long drive but Menominee lost the Honda dealership, Kudos to the new guy in service dept at cycle city! I will be back! What a great crew!
