Went through the drive thru for some ice cream and I won't be doing that ever again. Once I paid for the order I was told to pull up behind other customers waiting for their order so I could wait for mine. After about 10 minutes they brought out our two ice creams. They messed up the size of my wife's order that's for mine, I ordered the flavor of the day, caramel cookie dough, but what I received was just chocolate with no caramel or cookie dough whatsoever.

We opted to eat inside the new building today. We ordered 1 mushroom and Swiss add Mayo, 3 curds and 1 pretzel bites. After 30 minutes I went to the counter to ask for a time frame for our order to be completed. There was a gentleman that I believe is a manager that has been there quite some time and often has a bad attitude who was furious I asked and yelled at me they were busy, 30 minutes wasn't long to wait and they would get to it when they could. I waited at the counter and when I finally got our order there were no mushrooms on the burger. I asked for it to be corrected and this man yelled at me and threw my burger while asking for them to remake it and me to go sit and wait. I again refused to sit to wait and he handed me back a fresh burger about 3 mins later. While I was waiting multiple people heard what was happening and left without ordering after asking me about my wait. Another gentleman followed me to my table and apologized for that man behind the counter because his behavior was 1000% wrong and it made him furious to see him treat a woman that way let alone a manager treat a customer this way. This is not my first bad experience with this man and we actually spent quite some time not eating there if he was working and I guess we will have to go back to that.

Good food and decent service.This particular Culvers falls just under what I would consider average for a Culver's. Many of the employees Lack focus in performing their duties. As well as longer than expected delays during busy hours.Parking: Limited parking for seating available in restaurant.

Very polite workers, good food. Just had a little issue with order accuracy, missing one of my items. Plus additional issue with keeping up on condiments. Had to go to the counter twice, first to ask for ketchup as all 3 pumps were empty. After waiting in line for a long time, then got my ketchup (for my fries), only to get back to the table to find my food served but missing the fries. So had to go right back up to wait in line again to ask for my fries. Burger was cold by the time I got to return to the table to actually eat my food. This was pretty annoying, but they were pretty busy and the guys were extremely nice and polite. So can't really say it was bad, just a little inconvenient. I'm sure if it wasn't so busy, would have been better.

We pulled in with bus load of people from MN. Many places are turning buses away. The Culver team welcomed us with smiles. The food and service was wonderful! Thank you for making our MN bus tour feel welcome. I highly recommend this Culver's to travelers.

Disgusting! I have eaten here in the past and it was great, but my last experience was a joke. First of all it smelled dirty, like old grease. The floor in the dining area was sticky. The "Manager's" appearance was sloppy and dirty. While in line they decided to close the dining room because they got too busy. The dining area was maybe 1/4th full, meanwhile customers outside were locked out. I have worked in food service quite a bit and never even heard of closing down during a dinner rush. We have decided not to go back.

Drive through only service. During business hours 15 minutes after their slated opening time the drive thru still was not open. Culver's is normally great, but if they can't keep a schedule what is their food like?

This was the dirtiest restaurant we’ve ever stopped at. Garbage was over flowing, napkins, lids, cups on the floor. Pop and icecream spilled all over the tables and beverage machine. Bags and napkins on the floor behind the counter, workers just walking over it all. Aprons were filthy on the workers. And I won’t even discuss the filthy bathrooms. The inside was was just disgusting, usually Culver’s are so clean and well managed. Wow, unbelievable! If the state would have stopped in they would have shut it down. 😫

Culver's is our 'go to' quick place for eating. They have wonderful salads that Sarah enjoys and they have consistently excellent Butter Burgers which keep us coming back.The Daily Specials of varied Sundies are a fun treat on a hot day...or really anytime winter or summer.One of my favorite things about Culver's beyond the Food and Treats is that they are continually participating in whatever is going on in Rice Lake.They advertise that they are about family and they exemplify it.

I absolutely adore their concrete mixers they make me so happy. I normally get the mint one with kit kats it's a great flavor combination. I even have a picture of the concrete mixer board so I can pick what I want before going up to the counter!

Ladies bathroom smelled like an outhouse and was dirty. Trash on the floor and can over flowing. Toilet and sink was dirty.The soda fountain area was dirty, trash cans were full throughout.Disgusting!! I recommend travelers not to stop but try a cleaner establishment. I have never seen such a dirty Culvers.

My order consisted of 3 meals, 2 mushroom swiss and one regular burger with fries and a cheese curd. Burgers were bland (not seasoned )and all bergers were greasy. So greasy my buns on all 3 were soggy especially the ones with mushrooms on them. This was my second time getting wet buns due to the burger being greasy. Must be there normal it is every time they are slightly greasy. But this last 2 times was more than normal. French fries and Cheese curds, are always great! Staff are always friendly.

Just waited 15 minutes for an order of small fries. When we finally got it, there was no apology for the wait. Fries were not that hot either. It would have been understandable if they had been busy or swamped. But we were the only ones at the drive-through and the inside dining was not busy either. This will probably the last time I go there.

Exceptional customer service and fresh food await you here! I've visited this Culver's many times and have never had a bad experience. They always get my sandwiches right (which is rare for me in fast food) and if you have any issues they are always happy to fix them. While some may complain about the wait, it is well worth it for the great experience every time you go!

Worst Culver's experience ever. We love culvers but this place was a let down. The service was incredibly slow, they were way behind so our food was just sitting under the lights for 20 minutes. The person who appeared to be the manager was visually upset and throwing the order numbers on the counter when he got them back. Don't recommend this Culvers location.

Worst Culver's I've ever been to. Food was visibly sitting under warmer for about 20 minutes. Asked for a refund then an older employee, presumably the manager, threw down our order on the counter and grunted.Workers touching their faces then our food. Everything about the experience was awful. Save yourself the time and disappointment and go somewhere else.

Slow and dirty. Waited 15 minutes for a scoop of custard. The server was apologetic and gave us some bit coins redeemable for custards.
