Stopped while in Michigan, we were the only customers at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Buffalo burgers were very good, but the sides were not. Prices are a little expensive, but what isn't these days, I guess. Fries were 3.99 small amount given they were very soggy but warm, the chips with other bison burgers were really hard we couldn't eat. Cheese sticks had a lot of grease on them like a lot. Hope this helps

Hands down best Chicken Bowl on the planet!We stumbled upon this place following signs from I-75 ... what a find! After a perfect meal, we enjoyed a warm personal chat with the owner and staff. Establishments like this a rare in America nowadays! We highly recommend everyone to stop in, enjoy the cuisine and a refreshing breather in Norman Rockwell's America.

I'm going to be as honest as I can here. We had the steak burger and bison burger with fries, coleslaw and cottage cheese. First my water glass had lipstick marks on the edges. Second, we had to actually get up and grab a bottle of ketchup ourselves because the waitress (only one, slow night) was pretty preoccupied with clearing a couple of tables. Next, the steak burger is small for 8.50. Without a bun, it literally would be 3 bites and coincidentally enough, it was literally in pieces on the bun. Tasted good, but pricey for the size. The bison burger is a little greasy. Waitress forgot coleslaw and also informed us that they ran out of cottage cheese. Menu says that the burgers come with chips and pickles spear...we added fries but had to ask for the pickle spears. Enjoyed the flavors but was not impressed with the service or size/price. By far, the best part of our meal was the hand cut fries.

My husband and I love this local gem ~ always great homemade food and fast service. We like the buffalo burgers, salads, soups and especially the homemade chips, buns, rolls and breads. My favorite is the cherry chicken salad on a wrap. Kudos to Todd the owner and his staff for a great lunch and dinner experience every time.

My Sister was in town and thought I would take her here for a quick Dinner. I'm sorry but was very disappointed in the food and Service. We ordered some Onion chips as an Appetizer. When they came out I could see they were over cooked and the Pools of Grease on the onion and in the bottom of the Basket were obvious and couldn't believe between the Server and cook nobody decided they shouldn't be served! We gave them a try and they were awful. So a total of 2 petals were eaten. When I told the Server He stood there and looked at us for a minute and then took them and walked away. We were charged 1/2 price. Your Cook should haver NEVER SENT THEM OUT. BTW we were the only Table besides a Table of People who I believe are Employed there by the Conversation that took place with the Server the whole entire visit.

I was on the interstate making tracks across the country when I realized I wasn't going to make the next rest stop right off the interstate. I saw a Cafe on the map, so I planned on going there... unfortunately it was closed so I popped my head in here to ask if I could use their restroom. They had no problem with it and treated me with decency even though I didn't have the time to sit down as a customer at their establishment. If I did they could have served me a plain hard boiled egg and I'd have been grateful. Say what you want, these people cared about other people... that's something money can't buy and training can't give, you have it or you don't, you were raised with it or you learned it the hard way. I'm very grateful to have had my experience in Erie MI, just off Temperance Road!

I had the bison burger on a gluten-free bun, which they don't always have in store, but I got lucky, and it was so delicious! The burger was tasty and it was juicy. The bun held together and was moist. The seasoned fries were good too. Very good overall!

The food was amazing! And the owner was no nice! We were lucky to go in at a time when they were slow. Very happy since I had 2 children with me. Everyone is very nice. It was a very good experience and now one of my favorite places to go. For 2 adults and 2 children and 2 alcoholic beverages it was around 35 so very good price. And one of the meals was steak.

Great place! Chef Todd was the only one working and somehow was able to provide fantastic service! Food was excellent, fresh bread, fresh cut fries, bison burgers, yum! Thanks for a great meal!

My father and I got breakfast here one morning and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It has a dated classic American feel in a good way. The food was good old comfort food, freid eggs and toast. Prices were reasonable and bottomless coffee.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast one morning. The food was great, good portions, with unbelievably reasonable prices. Service was great too. What more could you ask for? Will be back, I want to try a bison burger

Guy fieri watch out this place is amazing everything from the most delicious mushroom burger and bison slider I had was phenomenal couldn’t have asked for a better experience the owner is definitely doing an awesome job.
