I had gone shopping at multiple places for couches and recliners and couldn't find what we needed for our new home or was put off by clingy salespeople. Cassey made it easy and stress free, being available for questions and letting us know where to find her when we found something. The selection is amazing and we found exactly what we needed at prices that were much more affordable than the other places. Delivery was wonderful and the guys did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Jay's and will go there again when in need for furniture. They have beautiful pieces.

If you're looking for quality furniture at reasonable costs, Jay's is the place to go.I have shopped at Jay's for almost 25 years and their service is always top notch.We recently bought three bedroom sets; twin, full and queen.The slats they sent for the twin set didn't fit. They sent someone to trim them and get it set up perfectly.The Queen was an adjustable bed and mattress. They delivered and set it up in about 20 minutes!! Waking up with no neck or back pain was amazing!!!Quality products, quality service and amazing customer support.

Working with Holden was great. He put no pressure on us to purchase anything and patient with us when we were deciding what style or fabrics we wanted. My only issue was a lack of communication after or purchase and before delivery and not keeping us up to speed on where our order was in the process. Other than that, no issues and we would definitely buy from Jay's again and recommend them to anyone.

They have decent sale prices. Staff is friendly enough. Delivery people were friendly and helpful. Don't bother to pay the extra for the cleaning services they offer. We paid the extra for our couch, sectional and two recliners but when we called to have our sectional cleaned they said we only purchased the services for one recliner. Even if we had paid for only the recliner I'm sure we would have at least included them both.

We gave this review five stars, because giving it six was not an option. Our salesman Robert was amazing. As a woman, it took me 17 different tries of laying on mattresses to figure out the one that I actually wanted. Robert was very patient and understanding. He is absolutely the salesman of the month and should receive the employee parking spot through the end of the year. All other employees should bow to him and sing him the Barney theme song “I love you” at the next team meeting. Tremendous job. Highly recommend and we will be back.

As usual we were happily greeted. Folks weren’t pushy, but were very helpful when questions and the need for a tape measure came up. Ended up purchasing a beautiful sectional. It was delivered on the day promised, in spite of a mechanical issue with their truck! Very pleased with the entire transaction, as usual!

Very helpful sales pepole. No pressure sale. Great sales. I would recommend everybody to shop here. Our king bed and head lift frame was delivered Friday. And I had the best nite of rest that I had in a long time. The 2 guys that delivered the bed were very polite and answered all of my questions. THANKS JAY FURNITURE BARN

This was our first time here and will go back again. The staff are friendly and not pushy. He gave us time to look at our own leisure and checked in to see if we had questions. Nothing fancy, but that is why there prices are reasonable. We left with a new recliner.

Cassi is a pressure salesman horrible experience with her awhile back then the recliner on the couch we bought broke within a month and they wanted to charge me to pick it up then to drop it back off to look at it when it was still under warranty instead of instead of coming to check it out first to see if it's something simple and if you sell something that breaks within a month that's still under warranty you should fix it not charge someone twice to pick it up and drop it off my mom had a similar experience very sad

Had a great experience with Cassie at Jays furniture barn! I went in shopping for a couch and did just that. Although she was super busy and the only sales person that day she managed to make sure all the customers were taken care of. Cassie updated me with a phone call on when the couch would arrive to the store as well as a follow up phone call of when it did come in! Also noticed the day of shopping and pick up that the guys were busy getting things done and loading furniture! We will continue to use Jays as our first choice for furniture and other household needs!

Jay's is the most impressive furniture place I've been. Besides the huge selection of furniture, the associates are very genuine. Many of their prices were surprisingly lower than i imagined. The delivery guys showed up right on schedule and had my fully encapsulated mattress on my bed frame within a couple minutes! Definitely gonna return here when I need anything.

Furniture is nice, however their customer service definitely could use some work. We ordered two recliners and two end tables. We clearly expressed that we wanted the entire set delivered. We were told that it would take a couple of weeks before we would receive it. Just over a month later we received a phone call saying that it was ready for delivery, however they “forgot” to check the box saying that we wanted delivery and that they had to charge us an additional $50 fee to deliver it. It will be a long time before I ever do business with this company. The fact that I am quite satisfied with the furniture is the only reason you’re receiving 2 stars and not one in which you actually deserve.
