I am so thankful for Dr Christian Randall and his team.. Kandi, Chelsea, etc.. I was very nervous taking my very sick dog in to be treated. I did not feel pressured or judged. And I trust them completely. They are kind, compassionate, educated and experienced. I will forever recommend them to anyone with a pet. They know what they are doing and I can't imagine ever going to anyone else in the future.

Dr. Randall and his team really do care for the animals. Not only working with traditional veterinarian practices, Dr. Randall also uses chiropractic care and herbal medicines for alternative treatments. He and his team tried so hard to save our Saint Bernard last year when she was diagnosed with cancer. I could tell they cared about her as much as we did. Now, with another Saint Bernard, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Christian is an amazing veterinarian! He really cares and is so knowledgeable! He is a true blessing to all of the animals that come to him for care. He is really great w his human clients as well making sure that all questions get answered and that all answers are understood. He makes me believe in the good in humanity. His talents are surely amazing. Anybody who has an animal that is in need of a veterinarian ..... Make the trip to Ellsworth. You won't regret it.

We came to North Country vet services in an emergency while on vacation up north. Our dog had a severe GI infection and they took us right away. Dr. Randall and his team were calming, experienced and thorough. Tests were performed on site and the treatment prescribed worked like a charm. Our dog is all better now thanks to them.

I called on a Friday to try and get my very sick dog into see this vet.Was told the next available appointment was not untill Wednesday. I told the receptionist my dog would be dead by then.She said." Well then you will have to take it to Traverse City where they have a 24 hour walk in vet.Thank God for the kindness of the vets office in East Jordan and Dr. Rogers.While they were booked up the said to bring him in right away and they would work my dog in.Within an hour the vet called me to go over what was going on.And called 2 more times threw out my dogs care with him.I to say the least will NEVER take any of my pets to this office.

Over the last vouple of years, 2 of my shih tzus went in dragging thier hind legs behind them, and walked out after Doc did acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments on them!!

Our animals love Dr Chris and his staff!! They use alternative treatment methods if available. They make every effort to make your pets as well as you comfortable during your visit. Each pet gets a bandana treated with a spray of Adaptil, a pheromone that momma dogs give off to let the pups know they're safe, in turn calming them. First time I've ever had a vets office do it, and it's one of those "little things" that makes a world of difference!!!

Dr Randall really knows how to take care of horses and he has all the latest equipment. The horses seem to like him a lot and I know I can trust their opinion more than anyone elses.
