This place was an absolute treat to visit today. Drove past it and saw the park outside which is what initially drew up but after going in and seeing all they had to offer I was really blown away. My kids had an absolute blast, the employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and give suggestions, and everything we tried there was amazing. The coffee, the donuts, and the chocolate covered cherries are all things I can vouch for. If were ever in the area again we will definitely be back.

Amazing time with my kids, you do have to purchase a wristband and that was great, but if you want to do the other things you need to buy tickets . The food was absolutely amazing we had pizza , a homemade apple pie my first impression was 10 outta 10 ! Fall festivity’s on point !

The New building is clean and amazing, with lots to offer. A great place for lunch or dinner with the family and an even better stop for a quick bakery item / cherry product. Don’t forget, the brick oven pizzas are a must try! Well done Friske's :)

Friske's is a fun place to stop. They have great produce and products like maple syrup and jam. The donuts and pastries are awesome. We tried the Deli too. The sandwiches were really good but expensive at $16.99. The kids enjoyed the outside playground too (but it costs $5 per kid).

Nice farm market, I hesitate calling it that because it is so much more. They have brick oven pizza, fresh baked goods, fresh produce, jams and jelly, lots of trinkets and gifts. They have a great children’s play area ($5.00/day) it has a jump pad, zip line, tactors, ship, swings and so much more.

I LOVED all the options! There's so much amazing looking food that is local, unique, and delicious! I could spend HOURS just looking at everything 😍This time, I tried some pickles, eggnog, and this ginger molasses cookie sandwich with eggnog buttercream. I could very easily drink their eggnog and eat this cookie creation every single day and never get tired of them. All the pickles I've had so far have also been amazing! I would highly recommend coming here!

Lovely place. It was just a few minutes from us from the vacation home we were staying in. Went there twice because my daughter loved the giant bounce pillow and playset. I picked up some of the chocolate covered cherries and they were delicious. The workers were very nice and smiling.

We stopped with the kids, great fun, as one of our kids put it”best park out of all the parks I’ve been to in my life”😂 Bought some cherries, played some corn hole, got some souvenirs, had a great time, highly recommend!

Family oriented farm, this place has a brand new facility with kid play structures and unreal food. Pretty sure Grandma Friske makes all the bake goods their amazing. It was a perfect spot to keep my 4 boys entertained during a rain storm and we grabbed groceries to make dinner while on vacation. Not sure how else to say it, just go there and enjoy!

Back for the 2nd summer in a row. Shopped for bread and cheese. Ate a wonderful lunch- shared a pizza, Opa cuban, and I think it was the Oma - chicken, tomato and basil... All of us were happy

Very big store, I haven't been in since the changes, and it's very nice and clean and definitely allows for movement without being crowded. Cute little kids play area, I'm not sure how much you charge for it, though. Of course, the donuts and cider were good.

Well... my extended family members have been coming here since the farm was Elzingas. (Back in the mid/late 70s) The cherry donuts are the best donuts on the face of the planet. Thank goodness they haven't changed them. The people that work inside are always sweet, helpful and patient with our huge family and complicated orders. I appreciate the family friendly Christian music, and the unapologetically conservative views Friskes has (esp during Covid). I like the renovation. It's gorgeous- there is plenty of space for large groups, parking. The store is cute and the food options are great. Now begins the reason for my low rating. The playground and play spaces. There are 11 grandchildren in our family. Our families spend hundreds of dollars at Friskes multiple times per year and we are happy to support good quality food and people. BUT $5 for a wristband to play on the playground!?!?? I was bummed last year when they wanted to charge for the bounce pillow-but now it's $5 to swing or slide down a slide. You are nickle and diming a very loyal group of patrons and it's ridiculous. My family of four in particular is a single income household. For the last three years, my federal special agent husband has been fighting the unconstitutional mask and vaccine mandates within our federal government. Our single income was cut IN HALF due to his stand for religious and medical freedom. We are still fighting this battle though most people think it's over. It is a sacrifice and one we know that Friskes understands. We WANT to support this business.$5 for a playground is simply not going to happen for multiple reasons. Friskes needs to allow playground access for paying customers. I am sitting here at this moment watching my own kids' sad faces as we tell them that they are not able to play on the playground-something they have done every year of their lives. We are surely not the only ones who will now think twice before driving up to get donuts. It has lost its fun family appeal due to a greed mentality.

This place had lots of yummy products and some MI souvenirs. I liked that it was not so crowded that you couldn't move in the store. They have an in house Bakery with all kinds of sweets. I wish I could have gotten an apple cider slushy float...The cherry salsa is great! So werethe apple cider donuts. They also have an outdoor play area for the kids and a great big outdoor eating area.

Our mission? Pumpkin donuts. Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter sold us two donuts that should not have been. She led by saying that the batch didn't "turn out", then that there were four of them that did, so we bought two of them. Ugh. They were little greasy hockey pucks. We each took one bite out of them and threw the rest away. The only nice thing was my cup of Viking Coffee. It is locally made in Traverse City, and their dark roast was delicious. The donuts were definitely a letdown, but they do have quite a bit more to choose from. There's cookies, cheesecake, pies, pasties, candy, cider, fresh apples, etc. We just happened to strike out with our choice.
