I took my Welsh Corgi in for a series of physical therapy sessions. They were so friendly and kind and they really seem to care about my pet. They set up a physical therapy program for her. She seemed to respond after only one treatment and I'm looking forward to the rest of the sessions. I highly recommend this practice!!!!

I was thrilled to find a holistic-minded veterinarian here and drive the extra distance just for it. Dr. Starr is knowledgeable and patient and kind. She focuses on food first which I love.She took the time to answer all of my questions and educating me on a longevity plan for my dog.

The staff at Elk Rapids Animal Hospital are always friendly...whether in person or on the phone. Appointments are always available, especially if your pet needs to get in ASAP, as my Bella did. Questions are always answered and they explain in detail the best at home care for your pet.

Dr. Schultz and the entire staff at Elk Rapids Animal Hospital were incredibly kind and helpful when we needed care for our Shih-Tzu while we were away from home. I have always heard great things about this Vet office. I ended up needing a Vet & remembered everything I have been told about this office. I was extremely happy with the care they gave my Golden and the friendliness was awesome. Pricing wise, they seem to be rite on par with everyone else for the most part. Im pretty sure they are less expensive than most offices out there in regards to my experiences. I also really like being able to schedule appointments via the net. Very quick and easy

We had an urgent situation arise while traveling with our dog and the people at Elk Rapids animal hospital were so very kind and helpful. Even though they had a full schedule, they were able to work us in the same day. Dr. Freye was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Everyone there was compassionate and friendly; we know our dog received excellent care. He's already doing so much better, and we are incredibly grateful.

Wonderful kind and caring people from the first person on the phone all the way through to the Dr. My anxiety over what was happening was off the chart and yet everyone was kind , warm and caring and all helped me to be calm . The Elk Rapids animal hospital is truly a great place to go. They are extremely kind and caring and educated. Their vets and staff are top notched, and very professional. They are a group of caring people who truly try their best to provide top notch care for our fur babies and to offer comfort and assurance for us. They spent an amazing amount of time examining and explaining. The cost was so reasonable. They do call you to follow up on your pets progress and to answer any questions you have. I appreciate the staff and Drs. who practice there. I am so glad to have chosen this place to take my dog Daisy to.

We are new to the area, and I discovered a lump on my dog. Our regular vet was three and half hours away, and I didn’t feel like I could wait until the next time we traveled back to our old hometown. So I called ER Animal Hospital and they were very responsive and I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, helpful and professional. I truly love our old vet and I was worried we would not find another vet like him or like his staff. I was extremely pleased with the care and service we received here, would not hesitate to recommend Elk Rapids Animal Hospital!

The doctors and staff at Elk Rapids Animal Hospital go above and beyond to take care of their patients. My Cazzie went in for his surgery and I felt so confident having him there. Love Elk Rapids Animal Hospital!!Staff is not only professional but very kind. Everyone there greets my dogs like they are old friends. The vets get down on my old dogs levels and talk with them directly. The attending vet will call personally and follow up on any test results or issues.

Dr. Morrison is a great vet. He takes time with my dogs and also takes time to explain details with the owner. The staff is courteous and friendly. I always know my dogs are treated very well, and scheduling is very prompt. And, the office has kept all these standards, adapting to the Pandemic.

I arrived at Elk Rapids animal hospital. The service and care for my fur baby was absolutely amazing.i traveled a little over and hour. The care was very reasonable. Elk Rapids Animal Hospital is one of the best Vets we have ever been too. Everyone is extremely friendly and responsive. The doctor called us to check on our dog the next day and the receptionist called a few days later. You can tell they really care.

Really enjoy the staff who genuinely seem to love their jobs. Could be post Covid standards, but I just expect to find staff everywhere who are tired or don't want to be there. ER Animal Hospital staff are into it. My dog is friggin nuts and they handled her with ease and grace. well done.

ER Animal Hospital has provided excellent care for my new rescue dog, Luna. I'm a first time dog owner and staff have been so patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Soon after I adopted Luna we discovered a cronic problem with a paw and ER did surgery right away. Follow-up care has been great. Again, staff have been so helpful and continue to provide excellent care.
