I am retraining to older dogs that came from a kennel & we're not familiar with visiting a groomer. J's has worked with them to help me get them use to it. The girls are much more confident with their visits.

Very nice groomer. She did a very nice cut and clean up of my little guy. Only took an hour. Pricing was very reasonable. It was my first time using her and I booked another appointment! Well worth the drive from Alma.

The owner is awesome with any pet , we used to take my finances dog and now she clips my cats nails he won't let me did it but allows her with no problem. Just sits on her lap . She's GREAT

Walking my dog past their shop and he stopped to poop. This was unexpected since he already had once only an hour before. I had no bags with me and knew there were none in the car so I went next door to a shop to ask for a bag. While I was in the MIDDLE of explaining to the girl at the counter and GETTING the bag one of the groomers came barging in and accosted me. Ranting that I wasn't going to clean up after my dog (the bag was IN my hand) and accusing me of being seen by "someone" letting other dogs poop in front of their shop. I only have ONE dog. When I SHOWED her I was in the middle of getting the bag she snorted "only because you got caught". I had not "gotten caught" and was in the MIDDLE of doing the right thing. Just a miserable person who wanted to vent at a complete stranger. Will never use. Very unprofessional staff. Rude to complete strangers trying to do right.

Awesome groomer! We had taken our cocker spaniel to a few groomers, before we found Jama. Will never take her anywhere else...very professional and grooms to our specifications and preferences. Highly recommend Jama to all who have animals they want the best of care given to them. We used to live in the area, but have since moved to Greenville, but we still make the trip weekly, and a few of our neighbors from our new neighborhood take their pets now.

Jama's a pro in all aspects. You can always expect a return call from this groomer!! With a choice of professional groomers you can find any cut you prefer for your fur baby. I to have tried others but when Shelby and I found J's we now only travel downtown in Edmore. Thank you Jama and team!!!!
