Traci and Jaime are wonderful. I recently made a personalized plaque for a wedding gift and it had some problems and had to be re-fired. Unfortunately, it broke in the kiln. I was at a work conference and unable to remake it. Traci remade the plaque and it turned out beautiful. She even delivered it to the wedding venue and saved the day!

Joined several family members for Adult Night, an adults only, evening event with games, prizes, food, music and laughs. Had a great time!The set up for painting pottery here is awesome. Everything you need is provided in your studio fee. The selection of ceramics to choose from is extensive. There's a wide range of sizes and subject matter, from inch high mermaids to 18" Christmas trees. They even offer a variety of bongs and pipes.Great place and I'll definitely be returning.

Super cool pottery studio. Just pick out west you want to paint, find a table and start painting. The prices are fair. This is a little gem in a very small town. Great to keep the kids busy on a rainy or blizzard day.

People there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They never rush you, and give complete instructions on how the paints work. Their prices are very reasonable. Ranging from a few dollars on up. I've brought friends and family there and they enjoyed it as well. Will definitely be back!

Your Creative Escape is absolutely AMAZING! My girls and I spent 6 hours there yesterday and cannot wait to go back! They have pieces to paint for everyone’s interests , beginners to experts!!! This place is absolutely amazing! Wonderful place to paint, relax, listen to music, and unwind! Pottery pieces make great gifts. You can personalize them with stickers that you paint over. They have stuff for beginners all the way to more advanced. Something for everyone and all ages. The owners are very helpful and always willing to help out. Creative escape is one of the most interesting places in Eaton Rapids. This town itself It's not incredibly large and has limited entertainment options. However if you're looking to spend a little bit of time doing arts and crafts Or creating custom usable Ceramics for your home This place is perfect. The owners are incredibly enthusiastic and are willing to help you if you're new 2 ceramic painting. They very much want you to enjoy yourself. This is cultivated a very open atmosphere Where people can feel free to visit with themselves across several different tables.

My daughter and I love coming here to do pottery. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. They are trying to sell the business which makes us sad because we can't imagine going there and them not being there. It was nice to see it busy again and seeing peoples different projects. They have a HUGE selection of pottery to choose from and a lot of different paints to use. They also let you take pottery home to paint if you don't want to stay at the store to paint. Their prices are very reasonable. If I had the money I would LOVE to buy the business, the clientele are very nice.

The very first time I visited with my granddaughter, the woman who greeted us was extremely helpful. Since I had never been there before, she walked us through the process and showed us where everything was. She kindly answered any questions that we had and then turned us loose to begin painting the pieces of pottery that we had chosen. While I painted, if I had any questions, the women working there answered with patience and with ideas for making my "masterpiece" beautiful. The atmosphere is very casual and everyone there is content and respectful. I returned for a second time with my daughter and she loved it. She commented on how pleasant it is to be surrounded by a large group of artists and I agreed. Even if you don't consider yourself an artist, you will feel like one there.Your Creative Escape is certainly my creative escape. I will look forward to each visit and to giving each "masterpiece" as a special, one-of-a-kind gift or to keeping it for myself to display in my home.

Oh my gosh, I love love love this place! I've been coming here for just over 6 months and I can honestly tell you that Jaime and Traci are wonderful people!! The ONLY complaint I have is with another reviewer on here, Tracey Baxter who caused quite a scene and ended up taking my 6 year olds lid to her ice cream cone which left my daughter with half of a project. Thankfully, Jaime and Traci offered several different options and we super honest and up front. You don't find very many people who are as down to earth, kind, patient and all around genuinely good people!!

Very friendly place with lots of knowledge to help a beginner. It was my first experience painting pottery in probably decades. They were great people walking me thru what to expect from different paints, styles, and tools.The atmosphere of all the people there was very open and inviting. I would certainly go back again.

Hundreds of pieces available. Far more glazes than any other studio I've been to. Pieces are fired and ready in a week. You can store work that isn't ready on premises up to 90 days. Owners and clientele are helpful without being intrusive or hovering. Friendly atmosphere. Huge work area. Brushes and tools are provided or you can use your own. Sinks are available for cleaning personal brushes. Free coffee. Snacks and pop on premises for a small fee. Many hours available to paint. Some days are open til midnight. A lot of parking in the area. A great place to go and unwind.

this place is an amazing place to paint. it's very fun to come in on the weekends with family and friends. i like to come in here for many hours and just paint. they have snacks, candy, and many beverages that you can enjoy. i really like the onwers here they help you with anything that you need, and help you try and figure out what to do with your peice. i definitely recommend coming here. 😺
