We recently adopted a new puppy and Dr. Snow was recommended. Please don't listen to any negative reviews. Calling for an appointment was easy and they were very friendly. It is quite clear that the staff here love animals and are their to make your experience for your pet as easy as possible. The facility was very clean and I was greeted with smiles from the moment we walked in. Dr Snow listened to my concerns after asking if I had any! The entire staff helped my Frankie relax and even trim his nails. They have such patience. If you're looking for a vet, they are worth the drive if you aren't local. Thank you Snow Animal Health Care staff!

Snow Animal HC has an amazing staff. Dr. Snow and team have taken care of my two fur babies for over 13 years. They are always kind and empathetic. I was out of town and my mom was caring for my pups. They started having some stomach issues. Snow's was able to see and treat them, and made my mom feel very welcomed. This gave me peace of mind while I had to be away. Thank you for ALWAYS helping and taking care of my little family. ❤️

I was very unhappy with my experience there today!!! I felt like a number. I was told to wait in the waiting room. (Which I never have done, I have always went back with Missie), I wanted to go back because I had questions. When they brought Missie out I asked if I could ask the doctor a few questions and was told I had to make a New appointment? I was only here for shots and nails.. The Dr was busy. My appointment was at 3:00 and it was 5 after 3:00 but the doctor was too busy for me and my questions. when did this kind of stuff start happening? I have to make separate appointments to ask simple questions about my 16yr old dog.. I don't need to be treated like a number.HOW IN PERSONABLE!I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

The doctors and assistants are very pet oriented and very kind to the animals we had a lot of trouble with my dog this time. He was very nervous but they took care of the situation and did what had to be done, and made plans for making the next visit smoother.

Snow Animal Health Care is so good with are two dogs . Are boys started going to Snow’s when they were just puppy’s they are now 8 and 9 years old. All the people that work there are so nice and good with are boys.

Dr. Snow was great. We had a mass removed from our dog's leg. The staff was professional. Our puppy was nervous, but was taken care of well.

Nothing to improve on. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the vet was attentive to my Leo and gave me advice that made sense. The whole environment was wonderful! To describe Snow Clinic in a few words I'd say that they're professional but fun!😊 The visit was fast and seamless. 10/10 I'd recommend to everybody and I'll be back!😊

Dr. Snow has been our vet for almost 20 years. She is a wonderful vet and person and her staff is consistently helpful. We have had 4 dogs who have been under their care. I appreciate the care they have given to our pets and their encouragement of our questions and their helpful advice.

Snow Animal Clinic is an amazing vet for our dog. The staff are super nice, and welcoming! Dr. Snow is great to talk to with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She always takes her time at each appt, with a care that is exceptional. WE are thankful to have found Snow animal clinic and it is exactly what we were looking for in a hometown vet clinic. All the staff love on our dog, went out of their way to stay available during the Covid years, and are amazing to have as our family vet clinic. :)

We have gone to Snow Animal Health care since we adopted Beyonce on the advice of a dog trainer we know. Dr. Snow is knowledgeable and her staff is well trained. My Mom started taking her dog there as well so now it's a family thing. You know they love animals and they get to know your pets.

Dr. Snow is fantastic! She took the time and showed patience and understanding in helping me with my senior dog, who was having some arthritic issues. Our dog isn't even a regular vet client of hers and she addressed the issue and resolved it in one visit.

I want to thank the vet and their staff for the care of my dog Rascle. And for their compassion when he crossed over the Rainbow. Rascle & I received excellent care. And they were always there for any questions I had. And always did their best to help us. I give them 5 stars. Snow veterinarian is the best place a person could take their animal. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a veterinarian in Eaton Rapids. I loved all of the staff here!!! I have pit bull who is a giant lover but most people do not like pit bulls! Here she was loved and loved on by everyone as if she were their own dog. She had vaccines, blood drawn, and her nails clipped. She tried to get away but they gave her treats and lots of attention and she barely flinched! Best experience (for my princess and myself) that I’ve ever had with a pet.It was clean and smelled clean, not like fragrance over urine like some vet clinics I’ve been in. The process for the visit was very smooth and quick with no wait.I am overly impressed, relieved, and happy I have found a great clinic for my pitty princess Gracie-Lu!
