Whomever the older woman is with the short white hair she was rude as hell when I came in tonight. Not sure if my appearance had something to do with it but even so, I'm a paying customer! Shes lucky I wasnt rude back. Next time I'll make sure to return the same energy she showed me. Unfortunate because Ive never have bad experiences up there but not surprised it's not the first time I've heard shes rude to people that look alittle "different".

Wonderful people! Certainly willing to help you every chance they get. I got a prescription at the pharmacy, the pharmacist was helpful in answering my questions! He said to wait ten minutes and it would be filled. While I did the store staff asked if I needed help with anything and I realized I did. We are greatful for the kindness this store puts forth. My prescription was filled and we were on our way. Great experience!

Paid full price and only received half. I don’t argue back and forth when mathematically it make sense I guess I am reminded why I switched pharmacy drive a hour for no reason to save money 😂🤣

I had a Covid-19 vaccine update scheduled but when I arrived was told that I already had all available ones. The Associate was very friendly saying I was scheduled in error. I made the appointment on line. I continued buying some hair care products that I wanted and then checked out. The cashier was very caring about my missed appointment.

I can't remember the last time that I had a disappointing experience at a Rite Aid pharmacy - or in the store. I can't say the same for other stores. I am always pleased at the service & availability of what I need in the store. I'm a migraine suffer so I can be unpleasant - but they always make me smile.

Going inside to use the pharmacy is sometimes slow but I just always use the drive-thru and have never had an issue! The cashiers are always so polite and one offered to sign me up for automatic refills, which I didn't know they offered because I kept forgetting to call when I was out. Now I just get a text message telling my Rx is ready to be picked up. It's great!

Feels bad calling this rite aid early in the day, they say my script will be ready by 5, I come after 5 and they tell me my script might not be done until the next day, but hey it's now being "expedited" because I guess me calling ahead isn't as good as me showing up in person so they could turn me away and tell me they're actually getting it ready now. Seems a bit wild to be delaying people's medicine like that even after saying it would be fulfilled and ready when the patient arrives at a designated time.

Ashley the Pharmacist is beyond fabulous and so competent. I super appreciated her support in getting the Covid-19 vaccinations. Highly recommend the staff’s wonderful, positive attitude! Thanks Pharmacy Team.

Came in there today for the second time ever to get an antibiotic for my son.The pharmacist who waited on me (Nichole V.) was very condescending from the start and her demeanor was insulting.Long story short I am in the process of switching insurance so it was cash, I asked her if we could call in something that wasn’t 149$ and she did call the urgent care but, not without her telling me it would be 20 minutes and rolling her eyes in disgust.Her first sentence to them and I quote was “ Yeah they need something else because apparently it’s too expensive”.Firstly, it’s not “too” expensive ( nothing is when it’s your kid) it’s just that I’m inquiring a cheaper option, which in turn saved me $100!Second, What if it was “too expensive” and how rude of someone to pass judgment anyways.And lastly.. She is there to help! I worked in a pharmacy for 10 years and have no tolerance for the way she treated me.There were a few more snide comments but, will make this too long so I’ll leave it at this.I won’t be back and hope that she doesn’t continue to use her degree to insult customers.

Apparently they don't make their employees stay open until the scheduled time.. its 9:48 PM and I come to grab a birthday card and the place is closed up tight. Not cool. CVS will have my continued business.

I'm brutally honest so, I say it how it is especially being highly qualified in CSR and prompt reliable service. I don't know what has happened to the management and short staffing an already SLAMMED pharmacy but its clearly getting negative feedback from consumers who once gave this rite aid high quality compliments. It is unfortunately impacting the techs/pharmacists with a often impatient and facade as if we, the consumers are ruining their day by stating as patient as one person can, "Excuse me, ma'am but I was "promised" my meds...oh...I don't know... Yesterday at 4pm...its over 24hrs since then."Then some have said...after that long wait as you watch them begin to panic and whisper "Idk! Idk I didn't work yesterday...." Then your told, "I'm sorry ma'am... Once again, its been lost."Perfect. You have fun telling g my Dr that, Mr. Professional who handles all controlled substances."

This place is awful! They make it almost impossible to work with, do not do what they say they will, and incredibly unorganized.I already switched to CVS, but one script was still stuck here. They claim they have no record, so phone call to their corporate office.So much for small town service.

Pharmacy is typically always overwhelmed so if you enjoy waiting an hour in the store for a prescription that was called into the pharmacy hours beforehand, then this is the perfect pharmacy for you.

Horrible service, very slow. Do not recommend using this pharmacy. They have a new policy where they call you to let you know when your prescription is ready but yet they dont actually call you???
