I agree. The staff is rude, immature, and disrespectful. Mostly referring to the woman. There is a few woman that work there that are kind but the rest have an ugly attitude and have no clue on what it means to work customer service. Also if you are disabled I would highly recommend avoiding this store if at all possible. I generally don’t let interactions that are negative impact me.. however the woman that work here will definitely put a damper on your day. They make you feel unwelcome and make it a point to go out of their way to ignore you or any questions you may have. They definitely need a course or two on how to treat people with common courtesy. Just my opinion though.

So SO rude, they have a new young tall man working in Eaton rapids and he can’t bother to look up from his phone or greet people. And screams at customers when he thinks “he’s right” calling people Karen over not knowing a donut type. Cant wait for him to be gone. I hope a manager catches him acting this way to customers and he’s fired. So fed up with him.

Nice concurrence store that has a lot more than dairy products. Great pastries in the morning, made daily. Lots of great ice cream flavors to choose from as well. Multiple other products from magazines to snacks to drinks to auto supplies.

Consumer beware! This location is not being forthcoming or honest about their prices. Be sure to look before you pay, cashier's will play dump and insinuate you're an idiot. No longer going to this location.

The staff here are probably the worst people I’ve ever come across. They are rude, arrogant, and just completely ignorant. I have never had a nice interaction with the older lady who wears glasses, and the younger brunette women. They make my morning trips for coffee unbearable. They refused to sell me cigarettes because I didn’t know if I wanted shorts or tall then accused me of buying them for someone else. Then the most recent visit she refused my ID because she couldn’t read it. I’ve been waiting to leave a review but it’s absolutely insane that every time I stop here how mean these women are. They should really have a training course on attitude.

Filing a discrimination report with corporate on Monday the threatened my daughter for having her service animal with her tonight. Its against the law to discriminate told her they would call the police on her.. I will also be reporting to the state as well for violation of civil rights.

One 32 ounce slushee/ soft drink costs a buck in the summer. Which is pretty good. But at speed way you can get a 42 ounce for a dollar. Pretty much all the items are this way, a little bit more expensive than at speedway or other fast stations. Gets 4/5 for good service, awesome donuts, and a good place to get coffee. Plus it’s local.

A very invaluable place for locals or those coming through. A nice selection for most emergencies, they sell ice cream, gas, and have a laundromat, one of the few good laundromats in the near area. Their gas prices match others so long as you use their membership card, but you should get one anyways. Good service Everytime I've been there, their washers and dryers are almost always well kept aswell.

Stopped here on our way home from an errand we had to run. Picked up doughnuts and ice cream and a coffee. Everything was good. Staff there very friendly. Would probably stop again if we go through there.

I am staying right across the road from quality dairy so I walked over there two times and grabbed about two man can beers each time to share with my friend. I walked across later and went in there the third time to get a couple more. I was not drunk at all, walking straight, I only had 2 beers, not even driving, I walked over since its right across the street. They wouldn't sell me my two beers the 3rd time because they said I came in their to many times that day buying alcohol. I was not happy. It's not like I was buying a case each time, it was two man cans....I think they were just trying to abuse power probably out of boredom. They lost my business for beer at least. The prices are bad anyways.

I have patronaged QD for decades, but their bottle return policy is not compliant with MCL 445.571 et seq. Today I was refused to return cans that are available to be purchased at this location.I am told that Corporate imposes this policy, but Michigan's Beverage Container Deposit Law state's that liquor stores cannot close or severely restrict the return of bottle deposits, which is exactly what QD store is doing.

This QD is always a solid option. Donuts are always fresh, never once gotten expired milk. Day shift employees can sometimes be a bit curt, though it's always busy, and it's understandable.
