Mel grooms our 10 year old goldendoodle. It takes a special kind of patience to groom an older dog, but when I leave him with Mel I always know he’s in good hands. She’s always kind and gentle with him and gives him the care a senior dog needs. On top of that, she’s an excellent groomer and he always looks (and smells!) amazing when we pick him up. We’ve used several groomers over the years as we’ve lived in different cities around the state, but Mel is hands down our favorite.

Hands down best groomer! She is so gentle and patient with my dogs. She was able to squeeze in my new puppy when she did my older ones. They all look great and are never stressed!

Cathy always does an amazing job with my boy Bently and he always looks so handsome when he gets home! She evened him up after he had to get shaved in a few areas after a recent hospital stay. We love Cathy!

Always so sweet and great with communicating! I have a Bernedoodle who still is a puppy and she is so patient and calm with him but also makes sure to pluck his ears. If you have a doodle of any kind you know that can be a trouble area. Even after all of that my puppy is always so excited to see her. Thanks Mel for being exceptional 💜

Our dog had an excellent experience at Mel’s today. He went in for a bath and a de shedding. I have been taking him there for a while now for a nail trim and have always had excellent service. I was a little hesitant on leaving him for the bath because he’s a research lab rescue and is a little scared of being left. Cathy did an excellent job with him. He seems to like both of the girls there very much. We will absolutely continue to take him there and highly recommend Mel’s

Did an hour block. Wanted a wash, groom and nails cut but they only did nail trim for the hour block. Was told couldn’t wash him because he wasn’t cooperating, which is ok but at least give me a phone call and I could get him in the shower. But most importantly if they couldn’t do that at least groom him, that’s the main reason why I went there to get all the hair out. Have to adjust to all size dogs, if not just advertise you only can handle smaller dogs.

A little tough to get an appointment scheduled, but once we did get it booked, we had a great experience. Mel is super kind, patient, and caring. My pups really liked her. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely be back!

Mel was wonderful with my new cat. She had never been to the groomers and Mel made sure my cat wasn't stressed any more than necessary. She considered the needs of my cat above all else. I will take my cat, and any others I may get in the future, back to Mel.

My dog always hated going to the groomer. And he couldn't leave fast enough. And often it would take him a couple weeks to get back in order. At Mel's he looks forward to going and really likes Cathy the groomer. And is himself when we leave.

Cathy does a great job. My younger dog is skittish with people and she does a great job of calming her and getting her cleaned up nicely. Second time we’ve been there and she is on time and efficient.

The boys love Mel. They are hairy hairy boys and you could make two more dogs with all the hair they leave behind after their spa visit. She bathes, brushes, dehairs, trims nails, cleans ears. Her rates are reasonable. Her location is convenient. And te boys are in really comfortable there.
