I practically live at this location, I spend a lot of money here. That said, the floors are generally very clean, the bathrooms are kept up, the biggest issue is that you have staff who are NOT friendly and not welcoming. Some staff are amazing! But, these CSRs are your biggest window to what the store is, and means to the community. As the only “true” supermarket in town you have an obligation to retain quality workers who are friendly that offer good customer service. You get a lot right, but this issue needs tweaking.Edit: Being stalked by employees and family of employees. AVOID THIS STORE.

Awesome and always stocked deli! Great 10 for 10 deals, they have frequent amazing package meet deals where they'll have buy one get one free, they have many bargain bins in the front of the store, there's always HUNDREDS of items on sale, SUPER clean and organized. In the down side, I do not do my major grocery shopping here because their prices are a little bit higher than Walmart or Meijer so, that adds up fast. Overall a great store tho and great staff!!

I went into the store. Employees were busy stocking shelves and helping customers. The store was clean and neat. I had an issue with the self checkout. A clerk came up to me with me looking for her. She had the same issue I did. She figured out the problem within a few minutes. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help.

I really enjoy shopping at Family Fare. It's not so big that I need a nap by the time I get to the dairy section! They have a great selection with great sales and a beautiful produce section! Good rolls from the bakery too, you won't be sorry to go a few extra miles.

Price are way to high!! And most of employees are rude not friendly at all!! That's a shame for a small town, I just moved back after 10 back in day it was good and nice staff, now everyone seems bothered by do any kind of work!!

They have quite a few vegetarian options but they're super expensive compared to other supermarkets.Recently found pretzel buns that are super yummy!They're keeping the place super clean during the renovation

It's family unfare. Prices will drain your bridge card and start sucking on your wallets. Sad it's the only store in town really. They should open a Aldi out there so people can afford to eat decently.

Family Fare Supermarket has everything you need from fresh veggies, deli, fresh meat, all the groceries big box stores have like Walmart and Mejiers. They’ve got a Pharmacy which is very convenient, also a customer service desk up front where you can get money orders, buy lottery tickets, tobacco & wire money thru western union if you’d like far as I know they use to have all this available last time I visited there customer service desk. There is a lottery machine also in the front of the store you can purchase lottery tickets directly out of a machine which is easy an convenient. Don’t worry about parking as it’s easy there’s plenty of parking spots there parking lot is no doubt one of the biggest in Eaton Rapids also they’ve got a Gas Station out front on Main St. So Family Fare Supermarket offers a little bit of everything if your new in town this is where you’ll be able to buy your fresh food an if you’d like even gas up! My mom has prescriptions thru you guys and everytime we try to call our calls don't go thru...we have had several people try and it never works....our phones work fine otherwise. The older lady in the pharmacy is very very very rude to us everytime we let you know this...its super frustrating when we try and call to do anything. Please help!

I do enjoy and will continue to shop here. It's decently priced, clean store, have a good gluten free selection, and the rewards system is nice as well.The one thing I would like to see change of is customer service skills by some of the front end employees. The majority of everyone who works there is great! But the last few times I went there, it wasn't a very family friendly cashier. Kids are annoying, I understand. Just have a little compassion.Everything else about the store is great, and the majority of employees are wonderful.

I love this store! Neat, and nicely laid out. Quite the wide variety of items in the deli-bakery isle! Great selection of goodies. But the special thing about this place was...the checkout lady Sunday night, 9-19 was so sweet!! Her and I were close to the same age and our brief conversation gave us a good laugh! It is a rare treat these days to be treated like and old friend by an employee of a store I happen to shop at! I was smiling when I walked out! That was nice!

I love this little grocery store! Always super clean and shelves are always stocked. Produce always looks fresh and delicious. Bonus points, they still employ baggers!!!!

Some buildings off Wiegman Road are getting run down. Moss on the north side of these buildings, rain gutters that have small trees growing in them. Screens on roofs pushed out of some 2nd floor windows. Birds flying in and out of antics. In other words needs attention.
