This review goes out to a specific employee/gentleman with the name Brandon. I went into Family Dollar the past couple of days looking for tape and other random items while I was in the area helping my mother move and he was so helpful, he always went out of his way to help. On top of that he used his great manners along with outstanding customer service. He seemed happy and had a very upbeat personality. But with all of that included the last day I went in there my mother was in severe need of boxes for the move and I asked him if he knew someone or if he had any in the back, as he was checking me out he made a call quickly to the owner at the Comic Book store and worked majic for us to pick some up. I. want to thank Brandon 100 times over for going out of his way when he didn't have to. Keep up the good work!!

Decent products, for a fair price. Usually good staff, but occasionally I’ve been put off and told to “hang ON” while the staff member finished counting change or refilling the vending machine or whatever they were doing. Seems like a customer should be the first priority? Anyways, pretty standard store, not exceptional but does the job.

Store is dirty. Manager was outback in front of the back entrance smoking pot when my family and I entered the store. When I asked staff about sale and pricing, they gave one answer but refused to follow it when I attempted to check out. Cashier and manager yelled at me and my family in front of other customers when I questioned them about the price of items during check out( since not even 10 minutes prior they told us they were sale items). Apologized and told them I wouldn’t be buying anything, left my full cart in the checkout, tried leaving the store when the manager had another customer follow my family and I out into the parking lot taking pictures of us. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!

Unprofessional workers there. You have to wait for one of the people who work there to stop hanging around and stop playing with each other like little kids. Store is dirty. People don't wear masks until finally the workers were made to do that. I gave a cashier a fifty dollar bill and the person said I didn't give them that amount of money. I believe they're cheating people out of their money.

During the past few months, I've really been impressed with Family Dollar. From white thread after running out making masks, to safety pins for my Granddaughters...to ant traps after my Grandson and his cookie crumb tirade! If you're short on time (like I am most the time) instead of heading to the "big" stores like Walmart or Meijer...see what Family Dollar has to offer first.

Always my go to place for anything I need at very low prices. I get all my cleaning supplies here. Always very organized and pretty clean, and staff is super friendly and helpful.
