I go to this place often at least 3x a week there's always someone new there that has no idea what there doing an today there was a very rude lady that tried to take my order her name is Kayla spoke to me very rudely then tried to say it was because they where very busy I will never go back to this place ever again where people can treat u bad cause there busy this is supposed to be a friendly place to get ur coffee In the morning Kayla was the only person working there that didn't say hi welcome an also was the only person rude because they where busy if u don't like ur job find a new one being rude will only run people away from ur place of business especially when people are getting up an around for there day buy far worst experience EVER! KAYLA LEAVE ur home problems at home very sad situation

I enjoy the sweet foam cold brew, but man this place is expensive. The one female employee is super short tempered with a male employee who is clearly new. All I know is if I was spoken to disrespectfully as I’ve watched him be spoken to I would’ve already thrown hands. It’s super annoying how pushy they are for tips, considering all they’re doing is pouring cold brew, foam and some cinnamon. Instead of belittling, your fellow employee work on the yellow jackets, and other bugs that are dead on your window seals

Honestly can't even deal with the service here basically gave me a all milk as my drink and if you didn't know how to make it that's all you had to say I would of ordered something else .... wasted money for a cup of milk with a tea bag which is NASTY 🤢 by the way .... I'm half tempted to get my money back and go else where disappointed 😞

You know what’s cool? Being charged over 61.00 for a coffee and a couple hot chocolates then being ignored by management for going on 6 days.They had me run one card twice even though it said approved both times but they had an “error” on their screen. So I tried a 3rd card and it immediately posted to my card. And failed again on their screen.I’m reassured I wasn’t charged and “it’s going to be Randy’s problem”.Well I was charged 3 times and would have 4-5 times if I didn’t refuse to stop rerunning the transaction.Clearly it’s not Randy’s problem because this happened on Saturday and I’ve yet to hear from him.I’ve called every other day and he’s just not in. The store manager cannot do anything.Corporate will be contacted, not sure what it will do because they’re independently owned and operated.

Very nice group of employees at this location. It's a franchise with a hometown feel. I've never had a bad experience here. It's fun to visit this location because the employees all seem to genuinely like what they're doing. Biggby coffee is my favorite!Dietary restrictions: All the dairy milk alternatives are offered here.Parking: Plenty of free, off street parking.Kid-friendliness: Order a scuba without the zip. 😉

The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate a special order. Love they have the non-dairy options because I'm lactose intolerant. The decor is brighter than most, but still has the relaxed vibe I've come to expect from a Biggby. Looking forward to when Milkster is added to this location later in the year.

It’s unfortunately pretty rare when I get good service here. I used to drive through every morning before work but the employees aren’t very nice at all and I always had to wait an incredibly long amount of time for my coffee, I seemed more like an inconvenience more than anything. I do my best to avoid this store and just stop in Lansing for coffee before work.

Normally pretty good and listens to my requests. But I've gone there three times and asked for a frozen hazelnut mocha with light mocha heavy hazelnut and each time I get it there's no hazelnut!! It just tastes like mocha! But other than that the workers are very kind. And I will continue to go there.

Just on a whim this am my son and I decided to stop and get him a hot chocolate, I opted for a vanilla cappuccino. In the drive-through I waited and we received our drinks. My son's hot chocolate was fine, however, my cappuccino was just hot milk, no vanilla flavor and no coffee taste whatsoever. The snarky woman behind the counter only offered an explanation about foam, after I brought the cappuccino back and stated it's unflavored contents. I left the coffee uncapped on their counter and never received an offer for a remake or refund. Awful cappuccino and poor service. No need to return to this place.

This place always has a line and can't seem to ever understand you through the machine you order in they are very slow almost all my drinks have been leaking all over the cups they go bare minimum on flavor even if you pay for extra they don't wear gloves or hair nets the drinks and food is very outrageously priced for the size and presentation and taste and the quality of the food DO BETTER YALL

I had a pleasant experience during my visit to Biggby's Grand Opening in Eaton Rapids. The inside was very nice and the staff was really helpful and perky. I will definitely be back and I'm excited something new came to this town.

Consistently old espresso. Last two Supers I ordered had a Grande level of beverage. This store used to be great, but the quality has severely degraded over the last 3-4 months.

Staff was so friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there. This is not the case for many other Bigbys weve gone to. We typically dont like going to Bigbys because staff seems bothered that your there and 9/10 times get our order wrong. We were really happy with our experience at this location. Were new to the area and look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely love Bigby's. They have vegan options for their bragels. And their sugar free/low sugar options are outstanding. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable.Vegetarian options: They have a vegan bragel and milk alternative options.

Waited 20 minutes in the lobby for a cup of basic house blend. They have 2 containers for this, both empty. This was my first time at a biggby and probably my last. At this point I don’t even care what it tastes like.
