The owner is very nice and answered all of my many questions, lol. We walked out very happy with our new bird feeder, my son is excited to watch all the feathered friends out of our window! The cat is super sweet and let my son get close enough to get some pets in! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get into the hobby!

I always go to Wild Birds for my bird feeding needs. I've bought food and feeders here for years and have always been happy with their service. The ownership has changed recently, but I'm happy to report that the new owners are following in Sarah's footsteps and maintaining a very high level of service and friendliness. I'm very happy to remain a committed customer. Five stars, for sure. 👍

We went here for the first time today. What a wonderful store. They have a beautiful selection. The customer service at the store was outstanding and the staff was so knowledgeable! We will definitely be back.

Have never been to a store like this before. I walked away with a couple of books and have been developing a curious excitement for Purple Martins over the last few days. Their selection of little bird palaces is adorable.Would recommend.

I love Wild Birds unlimited! I have always been very satisfied with everything I have purchased over the years.BUT…. I think they should remove their name from Jim’s Birdalicious Bark Butter Bits. I have a large variety of beautiful birds and of course a variety of black birds feeding daily. I fill 6 feeders daily with different seeds. We haven’t found a bird that will eat the bits. I even added some sunflower chips to create some interest. I wish I could have captured the goldfinch spitting out Jim’s bits. This product SHOULD NOT have Wild Birds Unlimited logo on the bag!! Jim did create a formula raccoons and squirrels leave alone. As well as every other living creature.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, wide selection of feeders and good selection of high quality bird food. Plus accessories like birdbath warmers and bubblers. Not cheap but "you get what you pay for."

Fantastic knowledge of birds. Solved our hummingbird problem with a free suggestion. Went in because birds weren't feeding at the new feeders thinking that the feeders were the problem or perhaps they didn't like the feed. Gave us a pamphlet on how to make fresh sugar solution. Discussed that this was a slow feeding time. Birds came back immediately ad were feeding. Knowledgeable.

This store has top quality bird feeders, wild bird food, and a quick and thorough feeder cleaning service. Sarah is always helpful and friendly, and there are always great sales on a regular basis.

Not good I was in there yesterday July 22 2016, to return a humming bird feeder she was not friendly she though the sucken cup on the counter saying I did something wrong she wouldn't give me eye contact my husband and I tried to be friendly she was rude. Prior to that when in there buying she is not a friendly I will not ever go back there. Calvin & Donna Cooley I did get my money back but she made me feel I was wrong in doing so. I bought that for my 92 year old Mother she had to move where she couldn't watch the birds. Sarah Zarka you need to smile and be very friendly to your customers your rate is 0.

If you like to feed the ducks/geese, stop by for some cracked corn/pellets and take a trip to the river! Make sure you spread the word as well.I spent 5 bucks on a little more than 4 pounds of food! The songbirds also enjoyed the cracked corn : ) Friendly/knowledgeable staff and great wild bird food/supplies.

A huge selection of birdfeeding supplies of every kind. Their own "Bird tower" system is unmatched, and their "suet log" feeder is the only one that actually works! And they have a cat. 😽
