We were from out of town and we needed an emergency prescription filled. Adnan the pharmacist called our home pharmacy and got our prescription filled on-the-spot. He was kind and courteous and is a true asset to your corporation.

Came here for some passport photos, I stood by the booth waiting for someone to help. Instead of greeting me with a smile and saying, "How can I help you?" the lady at the checkout just stared at me, not sure as to what she should do. She spoke with another gentleman. He sauntered over and chatted with her, and after about three minutes he looked in my direction and asked if I had been helped. I wanted to say, "No, but I just like standing here for fun." He took the pictures then proceeded to serve two or three customers instead of completing my request. There was just a lack of, what can I say? It was excessively nonchalant. In customer service you ought to be warm and hurry to make people feel welcome. I understand everybody's understaffed right now because of this artificially induced labour shortage, but that's not an excuse to slack off at your job just because you're still working. Feels like customer service took a nose dive since this damn pandemic "new normal" decided to change the standards for everything.

Both my husband and I use this pharmacy. We're old, so we get a lot of meds. Staff knows us by name, always friendly, always wearing masks. Very professional. A great place for flu shots. Senior-only hours.

The pharmacy staff calls you by name, always greets you with a smile (especially Holly!), and will help you with any requests for products, ideas for minor medical problems, even where toilet paper is. They are great.

Prescriptions always done in timely manner and with a smile. Only complaint is that a pharmacy worker appears to be wearing an inadequate face covering. Chose not to go here for flu shots because of that.

I think John and his old staff are wonderful! Some of the nwer people are not so professional. Instead of being helpful, it's almost like they want to cause trouble for you. I've gotton several calls about my medication. called in for me from the Doctors office telling me unprofessionaly I was not going to get it when I never asked for it. They call it in when they call it in and the older staff knows when to fill it then i go pick it up. I n ever asked for it early. Whats up with that? It's like they don't look at the facts first and react to what they think is goibg on and really they have NO CLUE! BUT J O HN, LUKE, JOE , HELLEN, HOLLY AND KELLY ARE ALL SUPER! THE REST NEEDS A NEW CAREER..

I got kicked out for bringing my dog in the store. The manager never had a problem with me bringing my dog in before. I explained to them I wasn't going to leave my dog in the car on a 102°F day. They asked me to leave.

Seriously. They have a big sign in their window "Flu shots, all day, any day."I go in "Sorry, not until after 9 AM" Okay, so Amend the sign to say "after 9 am."I leave, I come back. Sorry, we don't have any, we're getting 100 at noon though so come back later.I don't have anyone to watch the kids until 4, so at 4 I go. "Sorry, we did get 100, but we sent 90 out to other stores, and went through that 10 already."Morons. Remove the sign from your window. Stop advertising a product you don't have. You're wasting my time.
