Ellie always looks good, smells good, and clearly feels good whenever I pick her up from PawSnickety! Her nails look great. The cost is fair and affordable. And, the bandana always fits her colors and her personality!! The staff are so patient and kind with Ellie and make her feel special when she comes in. So grateful to have found this place! Melissa and her business are amazing. I have a husky and a cavapoo and both have very different styling needs. My husky got a very in-depth brushing that minimized his shedding and came out silky soft. Nails, teeth, and ears all cleaned :) My cavapoo has had quite a few bad cuts - it's tough to frame a face and make it symmetrical, but Melissa totally nailed it and this is easily his cutest cut yet. Prices are as expected with grooming but given my boys' sizes, I think we got a great deal. We will definitely be coming back here regularly.

We have taken our golden retriever here for full service grooming three times now after going to a chain store for years and it’s the best grooming we’ve had in the Lansing area. The price is comparable to other shops and the staff is great. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Today was our first visit with our little yorkie. She is a nervous girl, her hair was very matted unfortunately, but they did an amazing job making her look just beautiful! I know she didn’t give them an easy time because she does get nervous, but the staff was so friendly and patient. I just can’t be more pleased!!

Pawsnickety is absolutely amazing! Everyone there takes great care of each and every dog, and you can tell they really love what they do. My dog is always happy to see them, and he leaves looking and smelling fabulous! Plus great prices and package options. We will definitely continue coming back!

The groomer does a wonderful job with my grumpy, obstinate (yet adorable) Lhasa apso dog. My dog always looks terrific. I appreciate the groomer’s attention to detail with my dog. I highly recommend taking your dog to Paw Snickety!

Beautiful place, nice people, but they couldn't handle my dog, by the time I got home, they were calling me to pick her up and she was half done, so she's looking a big crazy right now until part of her hair grows back. I only went there because when I googled groomer for anxious dogs, their name came up. Too bad I thought the place was very nice. I recommend it if your dog does not suffer from anxiety.

Very, very grateful to Melissa and Allie. I have been on the hunt for a good groomer for about 6 months now and I believe I have found them! My 8 year old Maltipoo has a hard time with the process and I thought I was failing as a dog mom. They took extra time with her to make her feel comfortable and she looks adorable! I would definitely recommend!

Just took our Afghan Hound to PawSnickety Pet Salon for the first time, and we were very happy with the experience! He is a big, loud, dramatic, energetic, nervous puppy and was full of tangles, but Melissa really took the necessary time to get him bathed, brushed, calmed down, detangled, and trimmed, and now he looks adorable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices seem reasonable!

Melissa is not only great at her job as a groomer, but she genuinely cares about connecting with her clients (humans too! 😜). She's been grooming my 5 year old pomeranian since she opened her salon in East Lansing. KoKo always looks fantastic! Melissa gives suggestions backed by her expertise in grooming, my dog's breed and particular coat, but most importantly, my preferences as an owner. The salon itself is very clean and updated.In a couple of weeks, I'll bring my new puppy in for his introductory groom! Melissa understands dogs may be scared or nervous with being groomed and addresses that early by offering puppy pricing and introductory grooming sessions, so the puppy gets used to the salon, the noise, and being handled, and owners are motivated to bring their puppies in frequently for basic upkeep at a discounted price so as they grow they're comfortable with the process! I can't speak highly enough about Melissa. Your fur babies are in great hands at PawSnickety!

Due to our previous groomer closing up shop and moving we had to find a new groomer for our pup Maggie and after reading through reviews myself we decided to try PawSnickety and I’m so glad we did! They have been nothing but the best. Due to her small dog, old lady, spicy nature, Maggie isn’t the easiest to groom and she also has a collapsed trachea which makes her hack. PawSnickety goes above and beyond any time we visit and I never feel nervous or anxious leaving her. They do a fantastic job and she’s always the whitest, cleanest pup every time we scoop her up afterwards. Cannot recommend them enough!
