I was forced to switch from Kroger pharmacy (Okemos) to Meijer (Bath) by my insurance company. I'm SO glad they made me switch. The people at this pharmacy are quick, friendly, very helpful in transferring rxs, and knowledgeable. I also LOVE the drive thru, especially when I'm sick so I don't expose other shoppers. Today I had a doc visit and Rx was sent in. I made 2 quick stops on my way home and Meijer had my Rx ready before I got home! Fantastic!

It's the one pharmacy in town where I've had no trouble picking up my scripts promptly. Half of the time, Walgreens doesn't even process my script without having to call them half a dozen times.

I have never had such horrible service at a pharmacy. I have never left a review before because I genuinely hate complaining, but this is ridiculous. I used to be on accutane and you have to fill out a survey before you pick it up and it needs to be picked up within a 6 day window. I would always fill out the survey on time and they would never run it on time so I couldn’t pick up my medication when I needed it. I got prescribed another medication and went to pick it up the same day it got sent through, but they said they didn’t have it. I call the next day they still say they don’t have it. I call my doctors office and they said it got sent through and that they were just waiting for the pharmacy to confirm. They had my prescription for 5 days and they never confirmed it. This is absurd and completely unacceptable.

I switched from CVS in Target to this Meijer, I have to say they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, after the 2nd incident of them being so ridiculously unprofessional, I switched to Okemos Walgreens .

Terrible pharmacy. They never have what you need in stock. Two months in a row they said our script will be ready in an hour, and we get in there, and they have it "on order for tomorrow." That is usually followed up with the worthless "I'm so sorry no one called you."Long lines, slow service, and unhelpful staff. Avoid.

Pharmacist Magan and Ethan always go out of their way to help and explain any questions I may have. Magan always has a smile and knows me by name. Jake, Jonathon and Heather know me and my medical condition. Jake has gone above and beyond on many occasions for me, especially when no-one but him can figure out the billing of one of my scripts.

I put an order for my daughters formula in on a Friday and they didn’t put the order in until I called them five days later I had to call every Meijer in the Lansing area to find a can of formula for my daughter. I’m highly disappointed in them.
