Whoa… my daughter and I were just swept away by nearly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Sally H. at this Meijer noticed us looking for specific gear in the men’s section. She offered us such a welcoming and comforting vibe. Her demeanor and motivation to help were extremely helpful, especially today. You never know what another is going through and how your energy can touch another person. Thank you angel Sally, you’re the best!

I love Bath Meijer, it has a more open set up than other area Meijer stores. So no matter how busy the parking lot looks, It never feels crowded. They may have a smaller selection of some things, but I'll take less choices and more space. The pick up employees are PHENOMINAL here too! They seem to really care about picking the best items they can for you, and packing them nicely. Even down to putting toys around the holidays in black bags that can't be seen through. Very sweet people and always friendly! ❤️

Store was cleaned and well stocked. Employees were very kind and helpful. Even the bathrooms were spotless. Aisles were clear and clutter/debree free. Was able to find everything I needed. And was able to get in and get out very quickly. Prices were fair and lots of sales. No long lines either they were moving very fast at the cashiers which was real surprising considering its the holidays and there was lots of people shopping. Great job Meijer!

Walking in the grocery side was a joy with all the plants and spring flowers greeting shoppers as you step inside the store. This smaller Meijer in Bath Township is just the right size but still with all you need like a larger store.

Good standard products incl store brands, low sodium & salt free. Meats options are okay. Cakes, cookies too sweet. Pharmacy good but phone notification system hit or miss. Alcohol aisles hit or miss.

Copy of email I sent to MeijerI'm in writing to inform you that today's visit was the worst visit I've had in 50 years of being Meijer patron.   I average $1500 a month it's a month at Meijer typically the Bath Township Meijer location.  This has been my primary location since you opened, including OPENING DAY when all the suits were still there.  I am a loyal customer and you can feel free to look up my Mperks: 517xxxxxxx.Today's visit was going well right up until it was time to check out. You only had 3 lanes open and I had the unfortunate experience of choosing Sebastian's lane. While he started to check out the woman in front of me, he made sure to keep the belt OFF so that he had to REACH for items. Now, I completely understand the need for turning off the belt, every time you puck something up, other things move forward and sometimes bump into the cashier. I get it, the part that made me feel like he was trying to "flexing his power" at me making sure I couldn't put items on the belt, at all. As he finished the woman in front of me and he was waiting on the computer he made sure to put away the bar that separates the order all the way back. By that I mean he pushed it back so far that he had to bend over from the waist to push it back then deal with the other customer PRIOR to turning on the belt, allowing me to place the remaining items of my $300+ order onto be belt. He wanted to make sure he did as little as possible whole timr he was there and relished in making it a miserable process.Enclosed are photos of my bags showing how he placed my hamburger buns at the bottom of the bag and stacked other things on them. Another shows the bread jammed upright in the same bag with cans and condiment bottles so as to smash the loaf. Another bag shows 8 POUND of sugar and potatoes, in 1 bag that blew out. Yet another shows a bag with 2 jumbo jars of spaghetti with 2 more GLASS jars of Alfredo which completely blew on, thank goodness it was only in the cart, not all over the ground. The last one shows how he packaged my eggs, on the bottom of the bag.I was so angry I was shaking when I left, when in hindsight I should have left the entire order there for someone else to put away.  Just because he is miserable does not give him the right to try and make the rest of the world miserable. This young man needs to be taken off check out lanes and places somewhere he has little to no public interaction. Bare minimum he should only be allowed to be the 1 cashier for the self scans so he has minimal Customer interaction.I sincerely look forward to your reply and I sincerely hope this is the last time I ever see this young man. Ever.

Even though this store is not close to my home, I love shopping here. The staff is very helpful and shout out to the women's Department especially Haley who came to my rescue finding a dress that was out of stock at every other Meijer's in the area and Sally H who helped us when we we got there to pick it up. Everyone we had contact with was extremely nice and we found everything we were looking for! Kudos to the store!

I love my local Bath Meijer!! The staff is super friendly and treat customers so kindly. The store is clean and organized. The self check out is quick. The shop and scan is very convenient. The mPerks is the best for saving money and coupons! I would highly recommend this local grocery store

We go shopping at this store very often (my mother has mperks). It’s got all the stuff a household could need, and more! Everything is clean and organized, and even has merchandise for the Bath Fighting Bees, for the school district of where this store is at. Great family owned chain, and would absolutely recommend for people passing by!

Well I go there like three times every week so I guess I like it! This particular store is better than most in court because the parking lot is not quite the zoo that it is on lake Lansing road near where we live.

You guys REALLY need new floor walkers for security. They do a horrible job at being discreet lol. I knew exactly who they were and watched them walk right into the employee room door as I was checking out so that just confirmed it lol

Their customer service is disgusting and unhelpful. While neighboring meijers have no issues with their shop and scan, this meijer always has issues but they won't let you know until youve bagged and scanned all of your groceries. Then they'll tell you they can't help you and you have to get in line to rescan and rebag your groceries. And if you go to the customer service center they'll tell you to go get in line. Zero help. Won't be back.

It's always a pleasure to shop at Meijer! We recently moved up here from Florida. When I went to Mejer for the first time I knew I'd never ever go back to Wal Mart again! Store is always clean, and staff are always nice.

Would you buy these green peppers? How about a cucumber? Maybe you would like to buy some ground turkey, nope not stocked! Over stocked on chicken! If I showed you the stocked shelves and how things are not rotated you'd scream! This store is not managed well! To bad you can't see the pictures. That would tell the truth!

Do not go to this location for bottle returns they had two plastic/can machines working and maybe one glass bottle machine working, I left and went someplace else. And they close at 9 pm the okemos location closes at 10.

Been a loyal customer for many years and we go random week nights and the shelves are always EMPTY. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nights doesn’t matter. Often they are out of produce/bread/cereal. You name it. Once they were completely out of 2% milk! I couldn’t believe it. Stock your shelves Meijer. Guess I’m going to Kroger

I am a long time user of Meijer. They have the best fresh vegetables around. Not impressed with the way the new layout of the stores. Frozen food at the very back of the store, seriously? Pet food all the way across the store, sends me to a pet store.

I've been needing sunglasses that fit over my prescription glasses. Lo and behold Meijer was the place I found them! There is a decent selection, and even though I didn't want 2 pairs, these sunglasses are buy one get one half off. The sunglasses are stylish, lightweight and fit perfectly over my glasses. Big ice storm coming tomorrow, the store was very busy. 4 cashier lanes open. Most people had full carts due to the anticipated bad weather, making it difficult for people to use the "do it yourself" lanes. Waited almost 25 minutes in line with 8 grocery carts behind me! I really need to find a more people oriented store to get my groceries! Manager could have opened a few more cashier lanes just long enough to get caught up!
